"The order of the buttons in the elevator." The Middle-aged man answered cautiously. "The control panel in a normal elevator only has buttons for floors one through six. To reach the underground base, you have to hold down the buttons for one, three, and six, while also pressing an alarm button at the back of the elevator."
Jiang Cheng could more or less understand what the man meant. This kind of special setup was standard in critical facilities. Its advantage was that no one could operate it alone, reducing the risk of an accident caused by a single person. He had heard that launching certain nuclear weapons required two operators, standing two meters apart, to turn their keys at the same time.
"The previous squad entered through the elevator?" Jiang Cheng frowned slightly. As far as he was concerned, there was nothing covert about entering that way.
