Jiang Cheng clasped his hands in return and smiled. "Sorry for the trouble, young master. May I ask your Dharma name?"
The young monk grew even more humble. "I wouldn't dare. My name is Huiqing."
Jiang Cheng nodded. "So you're Master Huiqing."
There was no denying that the herbs in this temple really worked. In just a short while, most of Jiang Cheng's aches and pains had eased. He had checked himself as soon as he woke up, and thankfully, his injuries were all superficial.
With Master Huiqing's help, Jiang Cheng and the Fatty tidied themselves up a little. At least they no longer looked quite so disheveled.
During the process, the Fatty noticed something rather interesting. Master Huiqing seemed very shy. Whenever the Fatty looked at him for a little too long, the young monk's face would turn red, and he would look away, too nervous to meet the Fatty's eyes.
After wiping his face clean with a damp cloth, Jiang Cheng asked quite naturally, "Master Huiqing, may I ask the name of your temple?"
Huiqing's expression turned solemn. He clasped his hands toward Jiang Cheng and said gravely, "Chijie Temple."
At that, a strange look flashed through Jiang Cheng's eyes, but it vanished in the next instant. He merely smiled and nodded in return. "Chijie Temple. Your temple has a fine name. I'm enlightened."
"I wouldn't dare. You flatter us, sir."
The Fatty couldn't stand watching the two of them trade compliments. His mind was full of the dining hall Master Huiqing had mentioned. The doctor had said that was where they ate, and the Fatty was starving.
Besides, the Fatty had high hopes for the temple's vegetarian food. Master Huiqing looked so smooth and well-fed that the meals surely couldn't be bad.
As he thought about it,
