"Special patient, special patient." Tang Qisheng carefully weighed the two words.
"Special" could mean many things. It was hardly a clue that pointed to anything in particular. At least, in Tang Qisheng's eyes, everyone in this hospital was special and strange, from the doctors and nurses to the orderlies and patients.
His thoughts were a mess, and his breathing quickened. He instinctively sensed that something was about to happen nearby. The next second, Tang Qisheng, who had been sleeping soundly in bed, shot upright.
"Haah... haah..."
Tang Qisheng gasped for breath, jolted awake. He wiped his forehead with the back of his hand, feeling a layer of cold sweat.
"Thank goodness. It was just... just a dream."
