"May I trouble you for a moment? Sorry!"
"I'm terribly sorry!"
A tall, slender East Asian man came walking slowly through the curved corridor of the Human Zoo—
—Butler Yao was leading Miss Violet, the star attraction of the Curiosity Museum, and stopped David Victor.
"Why, if it isn't the dashing, handsome young gentleman himself! You must be the famous Mr. Victor!"
Victor had been in a foul mood ever since he'd had to endure the stench of human feces in the zoo. It wasn't that the smell made him restless and irritable. Rather, as he watched the freak show, a strange, inexplicable pain had been tormenting him!
Victor's jaw was still bandaged, and he had three porcelain dentures stuffed in his mouth, making it hard for him to speak. His face was bruised and swollen, but he forced himself to scowl fiercely. He had already pressed his pen to Butler Yao's neck!
"Please don't call me 'you.'"
Butler Yao quickly raised his hands in surrender as he looked at the "little runt" before him—
—Though Mr. Victor stood six feet tall, Butler Yao's body had undergone a high degree of animalistic transformation under The Beast's physical modifications. His skin had begun to take on a strange grayish-brown hue, and he could turn into a mule at any moment. He was now able to look down on Mr. Victor.
Miss Violet, who stood beside Butler Yao, was much the same. Her skin was pale, and her makeup was vivid; her lovely face, drained of most of its color, made her look like an exquisite porcelain doll. She was a special welcome gift Jim Crow had prepared for Victor.
If Victor agreed, this fiery woman, whose body had undergone special modifications, would slowly strip
