Background and history

Fang Chang is a transmigrator from Earth who resolved to climb to power after arriving in the Ancient Wasteland. He became Princess Nanfeng's adviser and the first Student of Heaven's Son. Over seven years, his plans helped the declining Great Xia Royal Family challenge the noble clans; he also worked to sow discord among those families 44 60 115 1624.

His mission to the Yin Moon Dynasty brought him into conflict with Qin Feng, who repeatedly disrupted his schemes. Fang Chang turned toward both Buddhist and demonic cultivation, but a failed attempt to comprehend their combined essence left him injured. Qin Feng's subsequent humiliation of him hardened his desire for revenge 53 55 56 60.

In the Kunlun Secret Realm, Fang Chang returned at the Entering Dao Realm and fought Qin Feng again. He later emerged in Devil Race territory, where the inhabitants recognized the Devour Devil Skill taught by the Old Devil within him. Learning that the Old Devil had once ruled them as the Lord of Ten Thousand Devils, Fang Chang persuaded the Devil Race to pledge allegiance to him 97 210.

After losing his chance at an Emperor title, Fang Chang withdrew into hiding. Tang Chuan and Yuan eventually helped him regain the resolve to act against Qin Feng and seek Princess Nanfeng. His later rebellion culminated in battles involving the Buddha-Devil Golden Body 772 816 830 903.

Fang Chang ascended to the Immortal Realm, joined the Hidden Sect and studied its Chaos Heaven Deduction Art. After further seclusion, he returned with a perfected Devil Skill and attacked the Jiao Family in revenge for his earlier treatment by Jiao Zhilan.
