Lilith had already run far away while they were occupied. They had to catch up to her.

In the labyrinth, Lilith quietly hid herself.
After running for quite a while, she had finally escaped Archer's pursuit range. Under normal circumstances, she would have welcomed being chased like this, but things were different now. Her level was completely inadequate.
That Shinji Matou, a mere virus, had actually caused her level to drop all the way back to its initial state of level 0. As a result, she had failed to kill that squirrel Master and failed to snatch Archer away as well.
She could only level up again.
