Siegfried strained to knock aside Achilles's spear, and Achilles burst into laughter.

"Interesting, interesting. Assassin may be shameless, but you, his Master, have some backbone."

Achilles glanced sideways and saw that Rider and Berserker had already reacted and were charging at him.

With a sudden leap, he landed dozens of meters away.

"Zig, are you all right?" Rider asked with concern.

Zig shook her head, though her arm throbbed with pain.

The divide between Servants and humans was stark. Strength, speed, endurance—they were not even on the same level.

But if she admitted defeat here, how could she speak of avenging Siegfried?

"Rider, Berserker, and—you're called Zig, right?"

"That's right."

"Hmph, so you inherited his name?" Achilles muttered. Then he pointed his spear at Zig and shouted, "Come at me together. But you're not allowed to run. In exchange, I'll let those two Masters over there leave. How about it?"

Zig looked at the two people behind her and nodded.

If so, at least they could get away.

"Fine, then let's do it!" Zig tightened her grip on her sword. Her hand trembled slightly as she closed her eyes and let out a long breath.

Her hand was still cold, but she stopped trembling.

"Ready?" Achilles lowered his body slightly, and his figure suddenly vanished.

So fast!

Even her eyes could not catch him!

Astolfo, standing to Zig's left, was sent flying in an instant.

Berserker swung his massive hammer at Achilles, but a blur flashed past, and Berserker vanished as well.

Only then did Zig realize that blur had been Achilles's right leg.

"Ow, ow, ow..." Rider rubbed her waist.

Zig gripped her sword nervously.

Could she really win? With nothing but her mortal body?

If she died here, wouldn't Siegfried's sacrifice of his heart have been completely meaningless?
