Shirou shook his head.
"Of course you wouldn't know my name. I don't have a skill like Information Erasure. I'm a third-rate Servant—how could a top-tier Servant like Gawain possibly know my name?"
Chapter 8: Glasses-Loving Hakuno
"A third-rate Servant?"
Gawain looked at Shirou, who had so casually called himself a third-rate Servant. Why did that feel so hard to believe?
This guy was a third-rate Servant?
Something felt fishy.
Yet Shirou's resolute gaze seemed to insist that he was merely a nameless third-rate Servant who would absolutely never cheat.
Gawain could only temporarily set aside his doubts about Shirou's claim.
Sooner or later, this red-haired youth, bare-chested beneath a white trench coat, would likely reveal his true strength. A knight need not obsess over being right or wrong in the moment.
A knock came from outside, and the purple-haired girl, Sakura Matou, entered the student council room.
"Excuse me. The campus scan is complete. There should be no undiscovered Masters left."
Leo nodded in thanks and turned his gaze back to Shirou and Hakuno.
"Then let's dispense with the small talk. Hakuno, do you understand our current situation as Masters?"
"Not really. I basically don't understand any of it. If I did, I wouldn't have rushed here."
Leo looked a little awkward, but he quickly regained the composed bearing of a young heir to a Western European financial group. "True enough. Then I'll briefly explain. We were originally fighting in a Holy Grail War, with Masters killing one another—but that was before, when we were on the Outer Moon. Now, for some reason, we've arrived on the Inner Moon. My proposal is that the Masters call a temporary truce and work together on the Moon Cell to return to the Outer Moon. What do you think?"
