As Sevis pondered, he was interrupted by a series of dense explosions.
"Hmm?!"
Sevis abruptly looked up, only to see a colossal shadow falling like a meteor. At an outrageously violent speed, it smashed through the entire palace complex, a palm piercing through the clouds as it struck toward him!
It was like a massive mountain had been hurled over, crushing down upon him!
"AAAH!!!"
Sevis's thoughts could not even keep up with the speed of the other's body. Before his own body could react in the slightest, a vast blood-red blur exploded before his eyes.
He forced his eyes wide, wanting to see clearly, but only felt the world spinning as his gaze stared straight at the ground drawing ever closer.
His eyeballs had been squeezed out by that immense force!
"AAAHHH!"
"Urgh...
Sevis first jolted in shock, then convulsed. A string of crackling fractures rang through every limb and bone. Dragon blood scattered through the air, and even after his Ancient Dragon Blood had sprayed dry, it could not stop his three-dimensional body from being slapped into a two-dimensional diagram by that single palm!
Collision: screams.
In the blink of an eye, Sevis's vision turned into boundless darkness. Only at the final moment of near death did he barely manage to cry out his surrender...

Only after exiting the Heaven-Opening Tower did he plunge headfirst onto the ground, surrounded by the care of the dragons.
Sevis felt as though his head were splitting apart. His mind seemed to have been torn to pieces along with the explosion of his fleshly body. Veins writhed around his temples, throbbing wildly and irregularly.
"Ah!"
He suddenly sat up, gulping down breath after breath.
Even after waking, Sevis still did not understand just who the opponent he had encountered was.
