Shadow Flying Dragon

Biyi City lay in the southeastern part of the Dongting Lake Plain. The entire city was practically under military administration, and most of its residents worked to support the military district.

The Biyi City military district stationed a large number of Military Mages. Their primary duty was to stand off against the Lizard-Skull Giant tribe of Dongting Lake.

The city also served as an important defensive barrier between the Dongting Lake tribes and the cities to the east, connecting the two.

Nine military commanders were already seated around the long table in the meeting room of the fortress hall. They watched a map of the Dongting Lake Plain projected onto the conference wall.
