Personality
Stuart was intensely competitive and unwilling to tolerate rivals. He wanted to rank first not only in strength, but also in influence, prestige, reputation, and talent. His confidence in physical maturity initially led him to dismiss twelve-year-old Louis’s chances against Yerika, although he also reprimanded his followers for belittling someone whose Doriki exceeded theirs 15 19.
His pride deteriorated into volatility after Xiluo defeated him. He repeatedly injured sparring partners, lost his followers, and became increasingly desperate to prove his strength. During his later match with Louis, frustration overwhelmed his judgment; even after being restrained and repeatedly offered the chance to surrender, he refused 21 22 23.

History
Leading the Training Camp
When Louis arrived, Stuart was the camp’s leading trainee by Doriki and already had a group of followers. He belonged to the established camp contingent, which remained socially separated from the newcomers 11 12.
In an early practical assessment, Stuart instantly defeated one of his own followers with Soru and Tekkai. He subsequently became recognized alongside Louis and Xiluo as one of the camp’s three strongest trainees 15 16.
Defeat by Xiluo
Stuart entered his match against Xiluo with a recently measured Doriki of 1,300 and a reputation for having mastered four Six Powers. He rejected Xiluo’s offer of ten million Beli to concede and declared that he would defeat both Xiluo and Louis 19 20.
Their opening Soru exchanges left Stuart injured while Xiluo remained unharmed. Once Xiluo revealed his Cat-Cat Fruit transformation, Stuart could no longer track his movements. Xiluo broke his Tekkai, slammed him into the arena, and threw him into a wall 20.
The loss ended Stuart’s position as the camp’s “uncrowned king.” His followers abandoned him, and his increasingly severe attacks on sparring partners forced the camp to assign him an Instructor instead. In the fifth-month assessment, he inflicted multiple fractures on his opponent 21.
Skello’s Recruitment and Death
After Louis and Xiluo resisted Skello’s recruitment efforts, Skello recruited Stuart, whose hostility toward both trainees made him a more receptive candidate 23.
Stuart faced Louis in the ninth-month assessment, hoping to restore his standing before challenging Xiluo again. Despite his improved Soru, he could not land a hit while Louis gave him one minute to attack without retaliation 22 23.
Once Louis counterattacked, Stuart’s Tekkai resisted his conventional offense. Stuart then charged with Iron Fist Great Pinwheel, only for Louis to rebound the strike with Tekkai: Utsugi and bind him with hardened hair. Stuart refused a final demand to surrender, and Louis pierced his mouth with a strand of hair before the Instructor intervened 23.
His death was confirmed afterward. Louis received half a month of confinement, and the incident was treated as an accidental excess after repeated surrender warnings. Privately, Louis considered Stuart’s powerful backing a reason not to leave him alive 24.
