Wang Cheng flew swiftly through the air. To guard against any mishaps with his detector, he also released the Mental Energy that had recently surged in power, using it to scan his surroundings.
The range of his Mental Energy scan was far smaller than the detector's, but it was much more precise. If an Insectoid warrior appeared within the area covered by his Mental Energy, he definitely wouldn't miss it.

After flying at high speed for a while, Wang Cheng soon came to a stop. His detector had suddenly picked up a signal, but it was a hundred miles away, ten thousand meters underground.
Green Sea Star was a super-sized planet, but a hundred thousand meters beneath its surface was already deep inside the planet. The planet's magnetic field, along with all sorts of minerals, could greatly interfere with the detector.
So although the detector had picked up a signal, he couldn't be sure that it was the Insectoid warrior he was looking for.

Wang Cheng considered the matter. He hadn't found a single trace left by the Insectoid warrior along the way. It was entirely possible that it had chosen to travel underground.
"The Zerg Mother Empress should realize that the Insectoid warriors scattered across the planet are all being intercepted. So it's no surprise she'd have them move underground. It's a little slower, but much harder to detect!" Wang Cheng thought, and didn't hesitate any longer.
The hundred-mile distance vanished in an instant. A rapidly spinning current of air, like Wind Blades, enveloped Wang Cheng. He resembled a whirling drill as he plunged straight into the ground.
"So this is how the Law is truly meant to be used."
