"Jiang Zhe? The boy who's pursuing you?"
Bai Xiaowen looked puzzled. "You're not sure you can beat him? Then how did you become captain?"
Xiao Jun blinked. "Everyone voted for me. And Jiang Zhe withdrew."
"So you two have never fought." Bai Xiaowen smiled.
Li Shuyi said, "Don't sell yourself short, Xiao Jun. You're only level three, but beating a level-four Hero Class shouldn't be too hard for you."

Bai Xiaowen laughed. "You're being far too cautious."
Li Shuyi rolled her eyes. "Back then, your brother was the only Hero Class on the Jinghai University Team. Of course he could beat anyone. He could've taken on all five of them at once."
Li Shuyi patted Xiao Jun on the head. "Don't hold yourself to your brother's standards. You'll wear yourself out. A captain just needs to be among the strongest on the team, not someone who can single-handedly demolish everyone else. Take Yanda University's team back then. Ouyang Heng might not even have been able to beat Sister Qiao, but his position as captain was secure, wasn't it?"
Xiao Jun nodded.
Li Shuyi returned to
