Dark Rebirth was not resurrection, so Snake Princess, once raised, was essentially an undead creature. Her combat strength had to be discounted.
Even so, she remained formidable. She made no attempt to hide the imposing aura of a Mid-Tier Lord, and the sight left Yuan Lin and his two companions trembling with fear.
"He can control a Mid-Tier Lord Corpse Puppet... The information we got from that black man was wrong!"
"Black Two isn't a control-type Evolver, but a Summoner Class Evolver?"
Yuan Lin's two companions both voiced their doubts.
Yuan Lin watched Snake Princess warily, then cast one reluctant glance at the dark figure in Rainbow Pool. "Let's withdraw!"

Snake Princess suddenly accelerated through the air and blocked the three as they tried to retreat.
From the mist over Rainbow Pool came a somewhat aged, raspy voice. "You three tried to disturb this old man's cultivation just now. Your intentions were wicked. You won't leave so easily!"
Yuan Lin's expression changed. "Sir, you've only just broken through. You can't act yourself. Do you really think you can keep all three of us here by controlling that Corpse Puppet with your mind alone? That's far too arrogant!"
Bai Xiaowen had completed his breakthrough, but he was still absorbing the dense Spirit Force around him to consolidate his newly reached level 14. He could not move.
Yet even though he could neither move nor use his True Essence Force, Bai Xiaowen could still control Snake Princess with precision in battle.
At the same Tier Rank, a Lord would utterly overwhelm a Hero Class Evolver.
Snake Princess was weaker than she had been in life after Dark Rebirth, chiefly because her Combat Specialization was no longer as strong. Even so, holding back three Hero Class Evolvers was no problem.
