These three enhancement options had elevated all three Bosses to the Rare Boss Tier, increasing their strength.

If there was any reason the Spirit Realm Rules could not detect, it had to be these ten points of Death God's Power.
This was the power Bai Xiaowen had obtained from the newly formed mysterious Black Book when he seized another segment of the Death God's Hand Bone from the bone hill in the underground mausoleum of the Great Tang Domain after annexing it.
He had never known what Death God's Power was for, but this was probably its first use—enhancing Undead creatures and allowing them to evolve!
Quite a few Bosses currently met the requirements.
The three above—the Death Knight, Vampire Overlord, and Lich—came from the seventh floor.
There were also the Plague Behemoth, Banshee Queen, and Frost Dragon on the eighth floor, all naturally Rare Boss Tier creatures.
There was also one special case: the Butcher. By Devouring the flesh and blood of High-Tier Leader Tier dinosaurs, coupled with its previous accumulation, it had already evolved to Boss
