The battle did not last long.
Kroze, the Snakefolk mage commander, tried to cast a spell to turn the tide. But once Bai Xiaowen activated the active effect of Wisdom Aura, Kroze's casting times doubled, and even his instant spells took a full second to cast. That rendered most of his magic useless.
The battle ended when the Death Knight's lance pierced Kroze's chest and drained the last of his Life Value.

"Good heavens! I'd only heard stories about him. I can't believe I'm seeing him in person."
"No wonder he was one of the four who stood against the Grand Overlord. He's incredibly powerful."
