With a swift, clean motion, Orochimaru removed Yamato's right eye and placed it in a nutrient tank he had prepared in advance. Then he took Shisui's right eye from another tank and fitted it into Yamato's empty socket.
The eye transplant was over quickly. Yamato felt his right eye socket go hollow, then swell, and his original dead fish eye was gone, replaced by another half-blind eye afflicted with red-eye disease.

Yamato's body, which had been tense all this time, finally relaxed.
Thank goodness. Lord Orochimaru was still the same Lord Orochimaru—he just coveted my body. He didn't have some other idea in mind.
Thinking of that, Yamato felt embarrassed and annoyed. It was all Kakashi's fault for making him read those strange books. Otherwise, why
