Handmade Attempts

Everyone chatted and laughed as they pushed open the wooden door to the workshop and walked inside.

The workshop was even more spacious and bright than it looked from outside.

The entire space had a high ceiling, with enormous floor-to-ceiling windows covering one whole wall.

The Control Consoles were arranged neatly in several rows, each station already stocked with tools and pre-portioned ingredients like butter and flour.

After checking Ichinose Honami's reservation information, a staff member handed over two number tags and pointed to two Control Consoles in the workshop.

"You're the eight guests with the reservation, right? These two Control Consoles can seat four people each. The tools and ingredients are all ready, so you can go straight over... The instructions are on the wall. If there's anything you don't understand, raise your hand and ask us."

They took the number tags and looked in the direction the staff member had indicated.

There was a four-person Control Console on each side of the workshop, separated by some distance.

Naturally, the group split into two teams.

At the Control Console on the left, Ichinose Honami walked over first, followed closely by Kazehara Tetsu, Sakayanagi Arisu, and Horikita Suzune. The four of them filled one table exactly.

At the Control Console on the right were Kanzaki Ryuji, Kushida Kikyo, Yamashita Saki, and Kaneda Satoru, making a full group of four.

Once they had taken their places at their respective Control Consoles, everyone picked up the instruction cards hanging on the wall and lowered their heads to read them carefully.

Besides the eight of them, there were another dozen or so tourists in the workshop, scattered in twos and threes around the various Control Consoles, each busy with their own desserts.
