At the edge of Devil's Island, a dozen prisoners who had narrowly escaped the Fiendfyre stared at Li Mu in terror.
Among them was Sirius Black. The last time he had seen the Mysterious Person, he could only ambush the Dementors one at a time. Now, barely a month later, he could cast the Fidelius Charm to hide all of Devil's Island and cast the Fiendfyre Curse to burn down all of Azkaban.
Li Mu was preparing to give them all a final send-off. He had no intention of recruiting these survivors.
All the prisoners except Sirius Black were Death Eaters, loyal followers of Voldemort whose lives were under Voldemort's control. He wouldn't dare take them in even if they begged on their knees. As for Sirius Black, he could only blame himself for knowing too much.
But before Li Mu could act, he suddenly looked toward Azkaban, which had been consumed by the Fiendfyre.
Amid the flames, he sensed the power of a Spark?
"Gaia's reward?"
Li Mu's heart stirred.
Destroying an Alien Race civilization could indeed earn him a reward from Gaia.
But the Dementors' civilization was far too weak. Did a race like that really qualify for a reward?
Li Mu pondered. Could this be something like a first-kill reward in a game?
Gaia's rewards were somewhat like a game, and every otherworld seemed like a dungeon. But reality wasn't truly a game, after all. Every treasure that dropped had been transformed by Gaia from HuoZhong Source Power.
Perhaps this Spark he'd discovered was Gaia's first-kill reward for a Spark Captain.
Of course, he might simply have gotten lucky. He didn't know for sure. As a Spark Captain, he knew far too little about the Seedship itself. Once he returned to the Spark World, he would have to find a way to study the Seedship systematically.
"Petrificus Totalus!"
Li Mu waved his wand and used the Petrification Curse to petrify Sirius Black and the other prisoners.
He hadn't killed them immediately because Gaia's reward was somewhere in the ruins of Azkaban. It was unlikely to be a Spark Artifact containing equipment for an individual HuoZhong Professional, and even less likely to be a Subordinate Module exclusive to a Seedship. A Miracle Building for a Spark City was far more likely.
Parting the Fiendfyre as he went, Li Mu soon found the Spark born from the flames.
It was a palm-sized flame with a gloomy castle floating inside.
The moment he held it, his guess was confirmed.

Even without a Spark City, it could still provide him with a powerful prison for his enemies. And the more enemies he imprisoned, and the stronger they were, the more Dementors loyal to him he could obtain.
The Dementors were a little stupid, but they were perfect cannon fodder.
And as the Miracle Building was enhanced and upgraded, those cannon-fodder Dementors might one day get their chance to shine.
It was a good thing, but for now, he couldn't merge it with his Origin HuoZhong.
His two Origin HuoZhong could bear a maximum of three Earth Grade items at once, or two Earth Grade and two Profound Grade ones. Anything beyond that would require him to undo an existing fusion. So even to use the Elf Wizard Robe and Resurrection Ring at the same time, he'd have to unfuse the Kindling Wand, Frostfire Rose, and other Spark Equipment.
Now he had another Miracle Building. He couldn't very well unfuse the Elf Wizard Robe just to merge this.
His Transcendence Level was already close to LV2. He had planned to slowly raise it by meditating on his own.
It seemed that wouldn't do. He would have to spend HuoZhong Source Power after all.
The Phoenix's reserves immediately supplied 22 Kcal of HuoZhong Source Power, which flowed into the First Origin HuoZhong.
In an instant, the First Origin HuoZhong began to evolve, and the Second Origin HuoZhong evolved along with it.
The evolution took only a few seconds. There was no unusual spectacle; the Origin HuoZhong simply looked a little brighter. Its capacity and control limit for Acquired HuoZhong doubled as well. Now, he could merge all his current Spark Creations at once without a problem.
The Second Origin HuoZhong merged with the Miracle Building, and a miniature Azkaban appeared inside it.
Li Mu tossed Sirius Black and the others inside. There were twelve Wizard prisoners in total.
He spent Spark Energy, and a Dementor was immediately generated inside.
Perhaps because he had refined the Miracle Building, the Dementor's ability to drain happiness from the living and its oppressive, negative effects no longer affected him at all. He even discovered that he could borrow the Dementor's powers.
For instance, flight, stealing happiness, and the Dementor's Kiss, which sucked away a soul.
He could now use all these powers that had once belonged to the Dementors in human form.
Of them, he was most pleased with flight. After all, riding a Flying Broomstick was too uncomfortable.
Covered by an LV7 Illusionary Body Curse, Li Mu flew off Devil's Island, passing a Ministry of Magic Wizard at close quarters.
It wasn't until several hours after he left that the Fiendfyre's destruction finally broke the Fidelius Charm. But when the Ministry of Magic Wizards saw Devil's Island and Azkaban burned completely to the ground, they didn't even know who their enemy had been.
By then, Li Mu had already returned to the London Brown Hotel.
His main goal in destroying Azkaban had been to obtain HuoZhong Source Power; the secondary goal was to get used to the spells he'd learned from the Kindling Tomes. Getting a Miracle Building in the end was just a pleasant surprise.
To conquer this world, he could rely only on his personal strength and Gold Galleons.
The most cost-effective way to improve his strength was to convert more Kindling Tomes.
That was the only way he could catch up in just a few months to Voldemort and Dumbledore, who had spent decades building their strength. Only then would he be strong enough to conquer the entire world with a carrot in one hand and a stick in the other. The only thing he lacked now was Hogwarts' collection of magical books.
It had to be said that Hogwarts didn't guard its magical books very well.
At least Snape could easily get hold of every book in Hogwarts except those in the Principal's Office. Snape had borrowed these books one after another, copied them all, and sent the copies to the Brown Hotel. Li Mu immediately began another round of Kindling Tome conversions.
At first, every spell he learned was only LV1.
