Li Mu was at a loss when he suddenly thought of his Human Skin Mask.
Since ordinary methods wouldn't work, he could use an Anchor of Fantasy to create Spark Creations that could both control his subordinates and enhance their strength.
As long as he infused the Spark Creations with Spark Energy, they would contain his mind. Even without being bound to the Origin HuoZhong, they could still bring out some of the Spark Equipment's properties, which would be enough.
It was like his Kindling Wand. Because he was bound to the Origin HuoZhong, he gained a +5 damage boost.
The five extra points of damage from the Kindling Wand enhanced all the damage he dealt.
A Werewolf Wizard, on the other hand, could only use the wand's passive and active abilities.
He couldn't benefit from the wand's +5 damage boost.
The same went for the Resurrection Ring. As long as they had enough HuoZhong Source Power, others could use it to resurrect themselves.
But the extra point of mental growth that came with the Resurrection Ring would be useless to anyone else.
Only HuoZhong Professionals could get the most out of Spark Creations, but that didn't mean no one else could use them at all. The Spark World was home to countless members of the Alien Races who lacked an Innate Spark, yet they could still wield some of the Spark's power.
So, if he made a batch of specially enchanted Human Skin Masks, he could create a group of Wizard assassins whose lives and deaths were under his control.
There were plenty of Human Skin Masks in the Supply Bay, so Li Mu took one out to try it.
First, he enhanced the material with Potions. Then he gave it Enchanted Tattoos containing two spells: Legilimency and the Imperius Curse.
But forget enchanting it with two powerful spells—even one was too much for the mask to withstand.
Li Mu switched to making a mask from the skin of a Magical Creature. This time, the Enchanted Tattoos worked, but the mask created through Fantasy Conversion couldn't be worn by humans. Only Magical Creatures could wear it.
So Magical Creature skin wouldn't work either. He needed human skin that was strong enough.
After mulling it over, Li Mu suddenly looked in the mirror.
His skin had been strengthened by Spark Energy, so it was more than suitable. There were plenty of Potions that could easily regenerate skin, too.
But the thought of someone wearing a skin suit made from his own skin sent a chill down his spine.
If he couldn't use his own skin, he could use the skin of a Wizard under his control.
He could figure out how to brew a Skin Strengthening Potion, then use the Anchor of Fantasy to turn it into a Spark Creation and have the Wizards drink it. That should strengthen their skin enough to bear the Enchanted Tattoos.
Since the material was their own skin, the resulting Spark Creations would also be the best fit for them.
Aside from the HuoZhong Source Power it would waste, this approach had virtually no flaws.
He'd need Snape's help to brew the Potions. It looked like the vacation he'd only just started was already over.
Li Mu headed down to the basement and lifted all the Dark Magic Curses there.
Then he cast the Vanishment Charm, expanding the basement to tens of thousands of times its original size.
The space was large enough to fully release the Miracle Building, Azkaban.
The Wizards captured by the Twelve Prisoners would be locked up in Azkaban first. After Li Mu used Legilimency to assess them, those who genuinely submitted would get money and a Kindling Wand. Those who had ulterior motives and only pretended to submit could look forward to wearing a mask. And those who weren't afraid to die would be imprisoned in Azkaban forever, where they would be turned into Dementors.
The sight of Azkaban appearing out of nowhere made Boss Bork, who had followed him into the basement, jump.
Li Mu sensed Snape's Kindling Wand through the Origin HuoZhong, then vanished from the basement with Apparition.
Boss Bork, who had been trembling the whole time, finally breathed a sigh of relief.
He didn't run, and he had no intention of betraying Li Mu. Forget how the legendary Azkaban had appeared here—the ease with which Li Mu had cast the Vanishment Charm alone was beyond anything Boss Bork could imagine. It looked like the entire British Magic World was about to fall at the feet of a new generation Dark Lord.
When Li Mu finished Apparating, he found a heated argument underway.
Lily and her sister were arguing. Seeing her son sleeping in a cupboard under the stairs at her sister's house, dressed in shabby clothes and looking thin and small, Lily could hardly stay calm. Her love for her son made that impossible.
When Li Mu suddenly appeared, Lily's Sister's Family let out terrified screams.
Snape was just as startled. He recognized the Elder Wand in Li Mu's hand as Dumbledore's wand.
Obliviate!
Stupefy!
Li Mu silently cast the Forgetfulness Curse and the Sleeping Charm in quick succession.
Lily's Sister's Family collapsed unconscious, and the piercing screams around them stopped.
"The war for control of the British Magic World is about to begin," Li Mu said calmly to Snape.
"Wait, what war?"
Before Snape could respond, Lily, who was holding Harry Potter, couldn't help asking.
"You shouldn't be worrying about that. You should be worrying that your son is about to die."
Li Mu pointed his wand at Harry Potter.
Lily finally understood that she hadn't misheard. This Mysterious Wizard who had brought her back to life had ambitions like Voldemort's. She pulled Harry behind her and watched Li Mu warily, trying to think of a way to escape. Even if he had resurrected her, she couldn't let him hurt her child.
"He has a Soul Fragment of Voldemort inside him," Li Mu said with a cold laugh. "Back then, you used your life to cast a protective spell over him. It reflected Voldemort's Killing Curse and caused his death. But a being like Voldemort wasn't so easy to kill completely. Part of his soul entered Harry at the time.
"When the time is right, he'll be able to use Harry's body to resurrect himself.
"In the Wizarding World today, I'm the only one who can destroy Voldemort's Soul Fragment without endangering Harry's life."
The more Lily heard, the more frightened she became. She hurriedly turned to examine Harry.
But how could she possibly find Voldemort's hidden fragment of a soul?
Li Mu grabbed Snape's wrist and forcibly activated the Dark Mark on him. Then he used it to stimulate the Soul Fragment of Voldemort inside Harry. Confused and helpless, Harry suddenly clutched his head and screamed.
As he screamed, the sound coming from his mouth changed into Parseltongue.
Lily was nearly at the end of her rope. Neither she nor James had any Parseltongue in their family history, and Serpent Tongue was one of Voldemort's distinguishing traits. Harry shouldn't have known Parseltongue, yet he did. It all proved that Voldemort's Soul Fragment was really hiding inside him.
Lily looked at Snape pleadingly, and he immediately stepped forward to examine Harry.
"If Voldemort's Soul Fragment is destroyed, Harry will die too," Snape said, his face pale.
Lily's expression shifted several times before she finally turned to Li Mu with a desperate plea.
Compared to her son, she no longer cared whether Dumbledore lived or died. Even if Li Mu was going to become the Third Generation Dark Lord, she would gladly die again if that meant Harry could live a healthy life.
