London, England, Oxford Street Underground Mall.

A warehouse in one of the malls was lit by blazing torches. Successively, wizards cast Apparition, bringing their families with them. Soon, there were over a dozen wizard families in the warehouse. All the adult wizards who had finished teleporting breathed a silent sigh of relief.

"Everyone's here."

Professor McGonagall said to Professor Flitwick.

"Only these many."

Professor Flitwick said with disappointment.

The Battle of Hogwarts had caused many professors with weak combat capability to die before they even appeared. Flamel's Castle had almost annihilated the elite wizards of various countries. These days, they had tried their best to contact people, and in the end, only these dozen-odd wizard families, a few dozen people, were still willing to resist the Phoenix City Lord.

"Legilimency?"

Professor Flitwick thought.

"Yes!"

Li Mu replied.

"You think I'll believe what you're saying?"

Professor Flitwick thought angrily.

"I can make an Unbreakable Vow with you."

Li Mu said.

"Unbreakable Vow?"

Professor Flitwick's heart sank. This was a Wizarding World Oath, and a wizard who broke it would die.

If the Phoenix City Lord truly dared to make an Unbreakable Vow with him, it meant the prophecy made by the Phoenix City Lord was true, and Nicolas Flamel was indeed preparing to ignite the terrifying nuclear war that the Muggles could wield. Having learned about nuclear weapons these past few days, he knew very well the horrific consequences it would bring.

"I can let all of you go, on the condition that you stop playing with fire."

Just as Professor McGonagall was about to persuade the others to leave, the entire warehouse was suddenly engulfed in fierce flames.

In the Black Demonic Flames, everything in the warehouse, except for a Severed Finger Rat, was ignited by the flames.

The Severed Finger Rat jumped out of Ron Weasley's pocket in fright, curled up on the ground covering its head, trembling. Only when the flames dissipated did it look up fearfully at Li Mu, who had dispelled the Illusionary Body Curse, and tremble as he dispelled his Animagus Transformation, kneeling on the ground and shaking.

"Avada Kedavra!"

Li Mu used the Killing Curse at close range with the Elder Wand, instantly taking the life of this mole.

He had promised Professor Flitwick to let these wizards go, but he had also lied.

Without a wand or incantation, the chair opposite the desk was transformed by a Polymorph Spell into a high stool suitable for a Gnome.

Seeing Professor Flitwick hop onto it, Li Mu ignited a ball of flame at his fingertips.

The flames stretched in the air, forming words that detailed the content of the Unbreakable Vow he proposed.

After he made the Unbreakable Vow, he would let the Wizards in the warehouse go and promised that what Nicolas Flamel said was true. In return, Professor Flitwick needed to help him lure out Nicolas Flamel, and anyone who broke the vow would die.

"Let's begin!"

Professor Flitwick extended his right hand.

Li Mu clasped Professor Flitwick's right hand, and Lucius beside them immediately pointed his wand at their right hands.

"Master, do you promise that the matter of Nicolas Flamel starting a Nuclear War is true?"

Lucius asked.

"I promise."

Li Mu said.

Dazzling tongues of fire erupted from the wand, coiling around their right hands like red-hot metal wires.

"Master, do you promise to let Professor McGonagall and the other Rebels go after you make the Unbreakable Vow?"

Lucius asked again.

"I promise."

Li Mu said again.

A second tongue of fire appeared, forming a second metal-wire-like shackle.

"Professor Flitwick, do you promise to lure out Nicolas Flamel?"

Lucius asked finally.

"I promise."

Professor Flitwick said.

The last tongue of flame flashed, and three dazzling fire lines intertwined to form a chain that glowed red.

Seeing the Unbreakable Vow established, Professor Flitwick breathed a sigh of relief.

Li Mu also smiled. With Professor Flitwick's help, finding Nicolas Flamel would be much simpler.

He had considered using the Imperius Curse, but it might not be able to fool Nicolas Flamel.

As for the Unbreakable Vow, he had promised to let Professor McGonagall and the others go after the vow was made. However, if they ceased to exist before the vow was established, then he would naturally have no possibility of breaking the vow.
