Ch. 201Undying Evil Soul

Li Mu acquired the Undying Evil Soul talent, used Death Sketch to gather death power, and stole the Dragon Horn Tree from the Giant Turtle Tribe. After appraising it in Golden Crow City, he learned it could grow Candle Dragon Fruits and decided to cultivate it despite the risk of war.

  • Li Mu stripped the Undying Evil Spirit's orange-quality talent with the Talent Demon Seed, gained Undying Evil Soul, and turned his sea beast souls into soul slaves.
  • Li Mu absorbed death power near the Dragon Horn Tree and formed eleven Death Sketches.
  • Li Mu hypnotized the Giant Turtle King with Vast Sea Dragon Slumber while the Phoenix uprooted the Dragon Horn Tree and escaped through a spatial vortex.
  • The Giant Turtle chief recognized the Vast Sea Clam King’s involvement and mobilized the Giant Turtle Tribe to seek help from the Sea Dragon Tribe.
  • Li Mu had the Dragon Horn Tree appraised and learned that it could produce Candle Dragon Fruits that granted a thin Candle Dragon bloodline.
  • Li Mu decided to cultivate the Dragon Horn Tree, even if doing so led to war with the Giant Turtle Tribe.

Ch. 202The Blood-Mist Sea Battle

Li Mu launched a preemptive assault on the Giant Turtle Tribe, using Rei Ayanami, the Mist Giant Bee, and the Bone Blood Gourd to devastate its forces. After the Giant Turtle King broke free and headed for the Vast Sea Clam King, Li Mu set out to intercept the approaching Sea Dragon Tribe.

  • Li Mu fused the Soul-Stinging Thorn Spark and brought Rei Ayanami to strike the Giant Turtle Tribe's advancing horde, killing vast numbers of sea beasts and Sea Urchin Race members.
  • Rei Ayanami took command of 265,000 swarm fighters while Li Mu unleashed the Mist Giant Bee and used the Bone Blood Gourd to raise bone sea beasts and spread Blood Bewildering Mist among the enemy.
  • Li Mu struck the Giant Turtle King's controller with two Soul-Stinging Thorns, causing hallucinations that made the Giant Turtle King attack its own forces and inflict catastrophic casualties.
  • The Giant Turtle Tribe's chieftain rescued the surviving Sea Urchin Race members into the Giant Turtle King's water world, then released the turtle's sealed soul after it grew beyond his control.
  • The freed Giant Turtle King headed toward the Vast Sea Clam King, and Li Mu abandoned his interception to move against the Sea Dragon Tribe.

Ch. 203The Free Sea Dragon King

Li Mu tried to recruit the Sea Dragon Tribe chief to help defeat the out-of-control Giant Turtle King, but the chief rejected him after learning humanity was involved. Li Mu killed the chief and freed the Sea Dragon King, then turned back to pursue the Giant Turtle King before it could threaten Golden Crow City and the Vast Sea Shellfish Tribe.

  • Li Mu offered the Sea Dragon Tribe chief a share of the Giant Turtle King's corpse in exchange for joining forces, but the chief refused and left.
  • The chief accused Li Mu of betraying the Sea Urchin Race after learning he had borrowed humanity's power, so Li Mu pursued him and attacked.
  • Li Mu used the Phoenix, the Mist Giant Bee, and his Soul-Stinging Thorn to kill the Sea Dragon Tribe chief.
  • The Sea Dragon King's freed soul thanked Li Mu and flew toward the Sea Dragon Tribe, apparently seeking revenge.
  • Li Mu abandoned the chance to pursue the Sea Dragon King and returned to focus on killing the Giant Turtle King.

Ch. 204Blazing Sun Giant Turtle

Li Mu fought the Giant Turtle King with the Vast Sea Clam King, only to discover the turtle had hidden abilities and a powerful fire form. Their battle ended in a stalemate, so Li Mu decided to seek help from other Spark Captains.

  • Li Mu lured the Giant Turtle King to the Vast Sea Shellfish Tribe and prepared the chiefs and their long-range sea beasts for battle.
  • The Giant Turtle King resisted Li Mu’s hypnosis, fell asleep while still approaching, and attacked the Vast Sea Clam King with a compressed sphere of seawater.
  • Li Mu used Vast Sea Clay, illusions, and Cold Liquid Darkfire to trap and burn the Giant Turtle King, but it transformed and resisted both physical and mental attacks.
  • The Giant Turtle King became a blazing sun and swept the Vast Sea Clam King with fire, but the Clam King unleashed inherited Candle Dragon powers and plunged the area into absolute darkness.
  • The two Sea Beast Kings became locked in a prolonged battle, and Li Mu decided to recruit other Spark Captains to help defeat the Giant Turtle King.

Ch. 205Void Bamboo Awakens

Li Mu negotiated a reward split with the Tide City Lord and the Manta Ray City Lord, then continued the siege of the Giant Turtle King. On the twelfth day, Void Bamboo awakened, transforming the Void Realm Starshatter Cannon into a powerful weapon that could bypass the Giant Turtle King's defenses.

  • Li Mu agreed to give the Tide City Lord and the Manta Ray City Lord up to three Candle Dragon Fruits and discounted Vast Sea Clay, while keeping the Giant Turtle King's drops; the three parties signed a Spark Contract.
  • Li Mu joined the siege as the Vast Sea Clam King's darkness trapped the Giant Turtle King and allowed their forces to weaken it over several days.
  • On the twelfth day, Void Bamboo awakened, and Li Mu stopped firing the Void Realm Starshatter Cannon as the Nirvana Flame merged with it.
  • Li Mu upgraded the cannon to level 10, raising its attack strength to 10,000 and gaining traits that amplified damage and let its Void Realm shells penetrate most defenses.
  • Li Mu realized that the cannon's Void Realm shells could bypass the Giant Turtle King's shell and inflict devastating damage from within.

Ch. 206Executing the Giant Turtle King by Cannon

Li Mu and the Phoenix killed the Giant Turtle King after a prolonged battle, securing its soul, Vast Sea Dragon Pearl, remains, and yellow-quality Spark. As the Vast Sea Realm settled into an uneasy calm, six major tribes formed an alliance and sought to become subordinate to Spark Cities to survive humanity’s expansion.

  • Li Mu used the Phoenix’s Void Realm Starshatter Cannon to devastate the Giant Turtle King, then helped the Vast Sea Clam King capture it and suppress its resistance while the Phoenix attacked from within.
  • After the Giant Turtle King recovered enough to endure ordinary damage, Li Mu fired a Phoenix Soars Through Nine Heavens cannon round each day for five days and killed it with seven shots in total.
  • Li Mu captured the Giant Turtle King’s soul and weakened Vast Sea Dragon Pearl, and obtained its intact shell, skeleton, shattered flesh, and yellow-quality Spark.
  • The Vast Sea Realm’s other sea beast kings withdrew, while Li Mu anticipated that they might unite against the Vast Sea Shellfish Tribe.
  • At the Dragon Horn Tribe, six major tribes debated how to survive humanity’s expansion and decided to form an offensive and defensive alliance while secretly seeking subordination to Spark Cities.

Ch. 207Spark Auction

Li Mu merged the Giant Turtle King's Vast Sea Dragon Pearl into his own Spark, then prepared the turtle shell and its inhabitants for use in his growing territory. He submitted the Giant Turtle King's Candle Dragon Blood to the Spark Auction and learned that the Dragon Horn Tribe had chosen to pledge allegiance to him.

  • Li Mu fused the Giant Turtle King's Vast Sea Dragon Pearl with his own, raising its Mental Growth and discovering the Giant Turtle King's Candle Dragon Sleep abilities.
  • Li Mu shrank the Giant Turtle King's shell, moved it to Phoenix Academy, and prepared to release its Sea Urchin inhabitants after removing the most powerful ones.
  • Li Mu submitted the yellow-quality Candle Dragon Blood to the Spark Alliance's official auction and received a Spark Auction ID Card.
  • Li Mu examined the auction interface, learned how to track similar items, and saw that his Candle Dragon Blood would be auctioned in sixteen days.
  • Li Mu learned that five Sea Urchin tribes had pledged allegiance to other city lords, while the Dragon Horn Tribe had chosen him and sent an envoy to the City Lord's Mansion.

Ch. 208Rei Ayanami

Li Mu secured the Dragon Horn Tribe’s submission, then celebrated his relationship with Rei Ayanami by reaching Wizard Bloodline LV11 and announcing their union to the world with a global spell. He returned to Golden Crow City and prepared to enter the Nightmare Dimension, while Hermione became a Phoenix Apostle after deciding to confess his feelings to Li Mu.

  • Li Mu negotiated an annual tribute of roughly five hundred thousand HuoZhong Source Coins from the Dragon Horn Tribe and arranged a permanent wormhole between its territory and Golden Crow City.
  • Li Mu took Rei Ayanami around First Phoenix City, then brought her to Phoenix Palace for a romantic dinner and used the Polymorph Spell on her.
  • Li Mu’s Wizard Bloodline rose from level 10 to LV11, and he cast a permanent global Polymorph Spell that made candies bearing the character for joy rain across the world.
  • The world celebrated Li Mu and Rei Ayanami’s union, while Hermione realized he had feelings for Li Mu and decided to resign from Phoenix Academy.
  • Hermione passed the assessments to become a Phoenix Apostle, but Li Mu had already returned to Golden Crow City to prepare for the Nightmare Dimension after Rei Ayanami began avoiding him.

Ch. 209Nightmare Restraint

Li Mu entered the Nightmare Dimension and found himself restrained in a room whose strange symbols killed him whenever he tried to use his powers, forcing him to restart until he escaped. After investigating the symbols in space, he learned the room was inside a living insane asylum that had become a Demon God and had captured a group of scientists.

  • Li Mu logged into the Nightmare Dimension and awoke restrained, unable to sense his HuoZhong or demonic thoughts.
  • Li Mu tried the Golden Crow Visualization Technique and other powers, but the symbols on the walls killed him and reset him to the room’s beginning.
  • Li Mu starved after waiting for help, then exited the Nightmare Dimension and searched the Spark Network for the symbols.
  • Li Mu traveled six light-years away, carved the symbols onto an asteroid, and used Heart Sense Perception to understand them.
  • Li Mu learned that the room was inside a living insane asylum that had become a Demon God, and that its symbols were left by a scientist who had remained lucid after the asylum captured him.

Ch. 210Demon God Research Files

Li Mu returned to the Nightmare Dimension, where the demon god mark helped him escape a repeating asylum and uncover records about the Asylum’s connection to the Nightmare Dimension. The chapter left him investigating the facility after learning that it linked the waking world to another world at night.

  • Li Mu discovered that the Scarlet Cross on his head was a demon god mark that could corrupt him or torment him, and learned that another demon god’s power could remove it.
  • After a month away, Li Mu entered the Nightmare Dimension again, broke free of his restraints, and found an ID identifying his body as Zhou Feng.
  • Li Mu repeatedly passed through rooms containing versions of himself until he reached a corridor, where he fought faceless nurses and found a sunlit office.
  • Li Mu returned to his own body and used his identity card to access files documenting experiments on Zhou Feng and the Asylum.
  • The records revealed that the Asylum changed people’s sanity between day and night, connected to the Nightmare Dimension, and let Zhou Feng manifest imagined creatures and mysterious symbols.

Ch. 211The Vanished Toy

Li Mu uncovered clues that Xiang Yun may have been connected to the asylum, then used the Spark Phone’s Mirror World and Nirvana Flame to reveal the asylum’s hidden horrors. After the asylum vanished and its save coordinate was erased, Song Xiaoyu noticed a new program on Li Mu’s Spark Phone.

  • Li Mu found a handwritten file suggesting the asylum’s patients had concealed their madness and that someone had planned to destroy the asylum with the Spark Phone.
  • Li Mu discovered Xiang Yun’s signature in the books and suspected the asylum’s owner might be the founder of the Xiang family.
  • Li Mu learned the asylum vanished whenever he left it, then used the Mirror World and Nirvana Flame to expose scratches and blood hidden across its walls.
  • Li Mu was killed by a replica of himself, revived, and was captured alongside copies that slaughtered one another until the Mirror World reset.
  • Li Mu found himself on a remote mountaintop after the asylum, its save coordinate, and its offline Mirror World copy disappeared.
  • Song Xiaoyu showed Li Mu a new scarlet-cross program on the Spark Phone, and Li Mu suspected the asylum had merged into it.

Ch. 212Demon God Infant Form

Li Mu discovered that the Asylum in the Nightmare Dimension was a Mirror World created by the Spark Phone, and that it had returned to the device as the infant form of an Asylum demon god. After weighing its dangers and potential, he decided to merge his Horcrux avatar into the Asylum Mirror World.

  • Li Mu used Heart Sense Perception to learn that the Asylum Mirror World had broken away from the damaged Spark Phone before returning and merging with it.
  • Li Mu discovered that the Asylum could imprison people, generate duplicates that could be devoured for strength, distort self-awareness, and eventually materialize imagined things.
  • Li Mu realized that using the Asylum could awaken its demon god infant form, but that merging his Golden Crow Secondary Soul into it could let him control the demon god's emerging self-awareness.
  • Li Mu considered the risks of his Golden Crow Secondary Soul becoming a demon god and the danger that it could corrupt his true soul.
  • Li Mu summoned his Horcrux avatar and decided to merge it into the Asylum Mirror World.

Ch. 213Demon God Avatar

Li Mu transformed the Asylum Mirror into a building-type demon god embryo by merging his Horcrux avatar and Golden Crow Secondary Soul into it, then filled it with death-row inmates. After returning to Golden Crow City, he infiltrated Bull Demon City and made the City Lord vanish with a photograph.

  • Li Mu used his blood and the Evil Giant Race's secret arts to fuse the Asylum Mirror with his body, then refined his Horcrux avatar into the Asylum and made the Golden Crow Secondary Soul its soul.
  • Li Mu filled the Asylum with hundreds of thousands of death-row inmates, causing it to generate vast internal spaces and grow stronger.
  • Li Mu returned to Golden Crow City and used Apparition, Imperius Curses, and Legilimency to learn about the Seaweed Tribe and its relationship with Bull Demon City.
  • Li Mu disguised himself as a Sea Urchin Race member and entered Bull Demon City inside the Bull Demon Behemoth.
  • Li Mu took a photo of the City Lord of Bull Demon City, causing him to vanish from the reception hall.

Ch. 214Kill with a Borrowed Knife

Li Mu impersonated Bull Demon City's City Lord, ordered an attack on the Seaweed Tribe, and stripped the city's warehouse before returning to Golden Crow City. Meanwhile, the imprisoned City Lord escaped his ward, only to find himself surrounded in the Asylum by hostile clones.

  • Li Mu disguised himself as Bull Demon City's City Lord and ordered the city guards to mobilize its HuoZhong Professionals and lure the Sea Urchin Race into attacking the Seaweed Tribe.
  • Li Mu emptied Bull Demon City's supply warehouse, followed the departing professionals through a teleportation array, and returned invisibly to Golden Crow City.
  • Bull Demon City's City Lord escaped his restraints in the Asylum and discovered that killing a duplicate of himself slightly increased his Mental Power and physique.
  • After killing 325 duplicates, Bull Demon City's City Lord reached the third-floor corridor, where his Origin HuoZhong was restored and hostile figures appeared.
  • Bull Demon City's City Lord tried to flee from the pursuing clones, then charged through them in his Bull Demon Berserker form and opened a path to survive.

Ch. 215The Demon God’s Devotees

The Bull Demon City Lord explored the asylum, where Li Mu’s clone used its powers to drive him insane and reveal a way to spread his persecutory delusions to others. As the City Lord concealed his illness and gained influence over it, Li Mu suspected the asylum’s former resident Xiang Yun had founded the Xiang Family and resolved to keep his artifacts secret from them.

  • The Bull Demon City Lord realized the asylum’s copies came from his own thoughts, explored its offices, and dismissed the documents that appeared there as imagined.
  • Li Mu’s clone read a file drawn from the asylum’s memories, then overwhelmed the Bull Demon City Lord with copies and had imagined scientists vivisect him repeatedly.
  • The Bull Demon City Lord’s Origin HuoZhong weakened under the torture, and he developed persecutory delusions that made his imagined threats real.
  • The Bull Demon City Lord escaped by imagining treasures, then learned to hide his illness and silently transfer his fear and dread to other people.
  • Li Mu connected the City Lord’s new ability to the Xiang Family’s reputed irritability and suspected their founder, Xiang Yun, had once lived in and destroyed the asylum.
  • Li Mu resolved to keep the Spark Phone and Asylum Mirror secret, especially from the Xiang Family.

Ch. 216A Madman's Wisdom

After escaping the Nightmare Dimension, the Bull Demon City Lord turned against the Seaweed Tribe and plotted to kill the Golden Crow City Lord, while Li Mu prepared Golden Crow City for a campaign against the Mist Beasts. The chapter ended with Zheng Xiao presenting Li Mu a plan to divide the Mist Beasts into smaller groups and defeat them with concentrated forces.

  • The Bull Demon City Lord returned to find the Bull Demon giant beast under attack, then led his forces to break free and drive the Seaweed Tribe into retreat.
  • The Seaweed Tribe sought refuge with Golden Crow City after Bull Demon City attacked it, and the Bull Demon City Lord decided to recruit Sun Shu to help kill the Golden Crow City Lord before turning on his brother-in-law.
  • Li Mu learned through his demon god retainer that the Bull Demon City Lord suspected everyone and wanted him dead, and he saw an opportunity to deal with Sun Shu.
  • Li Mu received the Seaweed Tribe's chieftain and began planning a campaign to clear nearby Mist Beasts, appointing Zheng Xiao to command it.
  • The Seaweed Tribe and Vast Sea Shellfish Tribe sacrificed millions of sea beasts to map one-fifth of the Vast Sea Realm, and Zheng Xiao proposed luring Mist Beasts apart before defeating them in smaller groups.

Ch. 217Annihilating the Swordfish

Golden Crow City confronted a massive Swordtooth Fish school, and its defenders used decoys and swarm fighters to draw away most of the fish. Li Mu’s Phoenix devastated the school with a spatial shockwave, but the survivors formed a seawater giant and attacked the city, leaving the battle ongoing as Li Mu began refining Spark Energy.

  • Li Mu identified more than ten million Swordtooth Fish approaching Golden Crow City, and the city remotely controlled sea beasts to lure them away.
  • Zheng Xiao ordered the contingency plan when a powerful leader kept part of the school together, and Rei Ayanami sent swarm fighters to attack and draw off more fish.
  • Li Mu appeared in the Phoenix and fired its Super Main Cannon, killing most of the Swordtooth Fish with a massive spatial shockwave.
  • The surviving fish formed a giant Swordtooth Fish out of seawater and charged Golden Crow City, while the Phoenix’s next shot inflicted only limited damage.
  • Li Mu handed firing authority to the Shipborne Optical Computer and went to refine the Spark Energy collected from the dead fish.

Ch. 218Mirror Void

Zheng Xiao commanded Golden Crow City’s first major battle, and the city destroyed a saber-toothed fish swarm before expanding its control over several sea regions. Li Mu reached LV25 and unlocked Hyperthymesia Mirror’s Void trait, creating a Mirror Void whose copies could exist permanently and be summoned into reality at the cost of HuoZhong Source Power.

  • Zheng Xiao held Golden Crow City against the saber-toothed fish swarm until the Seaweed King, the Vast Sea Clam King’s dragon soul, and the Giant Turtle King wiped it out.
  • Golden Crow City and its allies captured several shallow-water regions, drove deep-sea Mist Beasts into other waters, and relocated to the edge of their expanding territory.
  • Li Mu refined Spark Energy until his Transcendence Level reached LV25, then used his three Free Attribute Points to raise Hyperthymesia Mirror to Level 10.
  • Li Mu unlocked the Void trait and formed a Mirror Void that could permanently replicate living beings and objects within his Mental Power’s range.
  • Li Mu realized he could control Mirror Void copies and summon them into reality, but creating them required HuoZhong Source Power.

Ch. 219Sun Shu's Wrongful Death

Li Mu developed his Mirror Void and upgraded the Anchor of Fantasy while Sun Shu arrived in Bull Demon City and was killed by his paranoid brother-in-law. With the Vast Sea Realm stable, Li Mu prepared to travel to a new alternate world.

  • Li Mu spent more than ten million HuoZhong Source Coins expanding the Mirror Void into a hundred-kilometer water world and copying the Vast Sea Clam King into it.
  • Sun Shu arrived in Bull Demon City and mistook the City Lord’s warm welcome for genuine hospitality, unaware that the paranoid City Lord suspected him of plotting harm.
  • The City Lord drugged Sun Shu’s food, killed him with a warhammer, and then murdered the maids who had witnessed the killing.
  • After learning Sun Shu was dead, Li Mu abandoned his plan to kill the City Lord and decided the Vast Sea Realm could develop without his intervention.
  • Li Mu upgraded the Anchor of Fantasy to LV4, gaining Fantasy Prophet, which let him foresee the results of Fantasy Conversion before committing resources.

Ch. 220Terminator 2012

Li Mu took the Phoenix to the Terminator World to investigate the Time Turner, but Skynet ambushed him with a hidden fleet on the moon. After destroying the moon and triggering global disasters, Skynet escaped, leaving Li Mu to save Blue Star from the falling debris.

  • Li Mu chose the Terminator World as the best place to convert the Time Turner and traveled there aboard the Phoenix.
  • Skynet trapped the Phoenix in a gravitational field on the moon and attacked with a concealed fleet and space-based weapons.
  • Li Mu used the Void Realm Starshatter Cannon to destroy the moon from within, while Skynet's fleet escaped through a spatial jump.
  • Li Mu shattered or burned most of the falling lunar fragments before they could destroy Blue Star.
  • Blue Star survived, but its sea levels rose and natural disasters erupted around the planet.
