Ichinose's mother was not pleased that Akasaka was her son-in-law. She believed that studies were the most important thing right now, and that personal feelings had to be set aside.

She hoped the two of them would officially break up.

Seeing how strongly her mother opposed their relationship, Ichinose Honami became troubled as well, unsure of what to say.

Akasaka finally freed himself from the clingy Ichinose Izumi. He rose from the cushion, walked over to Ichinose's mother, extended a hand, and introduced himself.

Ichinose's mother had been far too busy with work. She did not even know that Japan had changed prime ministers, much less who the new prime minister was.

When she heard Akasaka say that he was the current Prime Minister of Japan, her first reaction was disbelief!

This man was actually telling such an outrageous lie so openly. He definitely would not bring Ichinose Honami happiness, and she was even less willing to let them be together now.

Akasaka pointed outside the window. On the billboard hanging from the high-rise buildings was a picture of Akasaka Ryunosuke being elected Prime Minister of Japan, signaling for his future mother-in-law to take a look.
