At that moment, Heathcliff had already been released from Amaterasu's cage by Akasaka.
Following Akasaka's request, Heathcliff opened the system panel and adjusted the flow of time between Aincrad and the outside world.
He set it to roughly 200 times the normal rate.
By that calculation, spending 200 months in the game world would amount to only around two months in the outside world.
That was approximately 16.7 years.
That amount of time would be enough for the players in Aincrad to reach the 100th floor.
And Heathcliff would become the boss of the 100th floor, waiting there for all the players to fight them in one final battle! To fulfill Heathcliff's dream.
Akasaka paid no attention to Heathcliff's wild fantasies. With his arms crossed, he simply shoved him aside and stared at the time-flow regulator in the system panel as he asked Heathcliff beside him.
"Can't you just let me out directly? I didn't ask you to adjust the time. I meant let me out directly. Are you hard of hearing?"
Akasaka was clearly dissatisfied with this result.
He wanted to get out.
Not keep staying in this lousy game world...
Heathcliff looked somewhat hesitant, but after thinking it over, he nodded.
"Fine. I'll let you out."
Heathcliff opened the system page again, preparing to release Akasaka, this harbinger of disaster.
Perhaps letting him out would be a good thing. At least this guy would stop interfering with his plans.
As for his earlier brain-dead idea of bringing this harbinger of disaster in to spice up the game and make it more exciting, Heathcliff decided to forget it...
This guy was far too difficult to control.
He felt like he couldn't handle him...
Just as Heathcliff was about to let Akasaka leave the game world, Akasaka hurriedly stopped him!
