The two finally stopped fooling around and lay on the bed, panting as they stared at the ceiling.
Usagisawa Misumi was the first to speak. One hand covered her forehead as sweat slid down her cheeks and dripped onto the bedsheet.
Don't misunderstand—this was all sweat from playing around with Asuna:
"So? What exactly did you come to see me about? I don't believe you'd come looking for me for no reason."
As Asuna's good girlfriend, she knew this girl far too well. Usagisawa Misumi didn't believe Asuna would come looking for her without a reason.
Asuna's expression turned more serious as she began discussing the real matter. "Misumi, you're on my side, right?"
"Why are you still saying that at this point...? Haven't I always been on your side?" Usagisawa Misumi said helplessly, turning her head to look at her.
Asuna smiled, a smile so beautiful it was hard to look away from, like a breathtaking painting. "That's good. Let me be honest with you—I want to build my own power base after we return to school. I don't want to work under Morishita Ai. More accurately, I don't want to be beneath her..."
Asuna knew that once she returned to school, Morishita Ai would definitely keep her in check. After all, Morishita Ai was publicly Akasaka's queen and was responsible for managing all of Akasaka's relationships with girls.
