During lunch break, Amasawa Yuto came to the Student Council Room. Ichinose Honami and Horikita Manabu were already waiting for him there.
"So, what's the job?" Amasawa Yuto asked.
Horikita Manabu had emailed him that morning, telling him to come to the Student Council Room during lunch because he had a job to assign him.
It was Amasawa Yuto's first assignment since becoming Vice President, so he arrived on time.
"You know that the Student Council handles disputes between students, right?" Horikita Manabu began.
"Does that mean there's a dispute for me to handle?"
"Correct. It's an issue involving your year." As he spoke, Horikita Manabu opened a folder and handed it to Ichinose Honami.
Ichinose took it. "It's a conflict between Class C and Class D. It says Sudo attacked Ishizaki and two other Class C students, including Komiya, without provocation."
"The hearing requires at least one Vice President to attend. Since you're from Class A and Class B, I'll leave it to you," Horikita Manabu said.
"This is the application Class C submitted. They want Ken Sudō expelled. The hearing will be held in three days, and both sides have that time to submit evidence."
"We'll make a fair and impartial ruling and get to the truth!" Ichinose Honami looked full of enthusiasm. After all, this was her first official assignment since joining the Student Council.
So Sudo really had gotten into a fight with Class C after all.
Amasawa Yuto was at a loss for words. Some people really couldn't be helped. Sudo had already needed everyone to pool points to save him after he failed the midterms, and yet he still hadn't learned to keep his head down.
"Understood. I'll preside over the hearing."
