It had been two weeks since he returned from the Jujutsu World.
He had saved a character he loved, but the other person's final actions still left him feeling awful.
So for the past two weeks, he had holed up in his dorm room, not wanting to go out, wallowing in sadness.
Should I go see my waifus to cheer myself up? I can't keep going on like this!
Lying in bed, Gojo Satoru wondered what to do.
Next Wednesday was May 1, and Class A was filled with tension.
It was Friday, too, and it should still be before lunchtime.
"Sigh~"
"It's so hard not being able to just go see Shinsuke!"
Thanks to the Nano Camera on Kamuro Masumi's forehead, he knew why she had acted so strangely back then. It also seemed the whole of Class A was taking things seriously as they prepared to face the truth that May would bring.
Who should he go see?
He tossed and turned in bed, trying to think of someone who could comfort him.
"That's it! Nyanko-sensei!"
Since one teacher had caused the problem, he would go to another teacher to solve it.
He jumped out of bed, changed into a loose white long-sleeved shirt and black jeans, and put on a pair of icy blue sunglasses. At the entrance, he slipped on a pair of blue high-top canvas shoes.
Now that he had Absolute Defense, the effects of the Six Eyes no longer bothered him. But wearing a blindfold for so long had become a habit, and he felt uncomfortable if he didn't wear something over his eyes.
As for why he was using the Six Eyes instead of the more powerful Rinnegan, it was simple: if the Six Eyes made him look incredibly handsome, the Rinnegan was downright terrifying.
His blood-red eyes had rings within them, each ring bearing nine evenly spaced black tomoe. Anyone who saw them would find them bizarre.
Besides, in an ordinary world like this, either set of eyes made him invincible.
He went to the Cat Cafe and sat down.
Since most students were in class, there weren't many people on the streets, so no one had tried to strike up a conversation with him over his good looks.
But the waitress in front of him seemed to be staring a little dangerously!
"Sorry for the trouble, but could I get one of every dessert in the shop, plus a Cappuccino? And I'd like one of every dessert packed to go as well."
He pointed to some desserts that looked like they came in small portions.
"Oh, right! Add an orange juice to go, too!"
He thought for a moment, then spoke up again.
"Ah?! Oh! Y-yes, I'll get those ready right away. Please wait a moment!"
The waitress came to her senses, took the menu, and hurried away, her face flushed red.
Being too good-looking really is a sin! So I'll bear the burden of that sin!
A huge shadow steadily loomed over the sleeping Nyanko-sensei. Gojo Satoru, wearing a strange smile, reached out from behind Nyanko-sensei with wicked hands, muttering,
"Nyanko-sensei! Please comfort my fragile heart!"
..
"Meow!!!"
He picked up the sleeping Nyanko-sensei, his wicked hands roaming all over the cat.
Apparently, that still wasn't enough for him. He buried his face in Nyanko-sensei's fur and inhaled again and again!
He walked out of the cafe with his takeout, feeling refreshed from head to toe!
Nyanko-sensei, however, was miserable.
As if he had been violated, he lay limp on the table, his eyes vacant and damp with tears.
He entered the school building and checked the time on his phone.
11:25
Lunch break starts in five minutes. If I head over now at a leisurely pace, I'll get there just in time.
With that thought, he headed for the Class 1-A classroom.
But Gojo Satoru had underestimated how fast he walked. When he reached the door of Class 1-A, there were still two minutes left before the lesson ended.
Instead of barging in, he went to the window at the back and quietly watched Kamuro Masumi listening attentively in class.
Everyone in the classroom was focused on the lesson, so none of the students noticed Gojo Satoru.
Mashima Tomoya, the homeroom teacher lecturing at the front, did see the person at the back window, but paid him no mind and continued teaching.
As Kamuro Masumi listened intently and took notes, she suddenly felt an intense gaze. She turned her head and saw Gojo Satoru in casual clothes and sunglasses.
"Snap!"
Startled, Kamuro Masumi accidentally snapped her pen in half, and even damaged her English textbook.
When he saw that Kamuro Masumi had noticed him, Gojo Satoru smiled and raised a hand in greeting.
Why is he here?!
Kamuro Masumi was a little surprised and delighted. She had thought her sudden kiss had scared him. Gojo Satoru had never been one to reach out first, and now he wasn't even replying to the messages she sent him.
She didn't understand why he kept ignoring her, but she was still happy to see him come looking for her!
"Ring, ring~"
At last, class ended. Mashima Tomoya left the classroom without hesitation.
"Bang!"
Gojo Satoru flung the back door open, raised the desserts he was carrying, and shouted to Kamuro Masumi,
"Shinsuke! I came to see you!"
Everyone who had been about to get up for lunch turned to look at the sound.
A tall, handsome man in sunglasses stood there, and several girls let out exclamations!
"Wow, he's so tall!"
"He's wearing casual clothes. Is he not a student?"
"Kamuro-san! Is that your boyfriend?!"
"N-no! He's just a friend!"
Caught off guard by the question, Kamuro Masumi instinctively denied it.
Another girl called out,
"Hey, mister! Could you take off your sunglasses?"
"Ah!!!"
"What a handsome guy!"
Gojo Satoru took off his sunglasses, revealing his flawless features and the Eyes of the Azure Sky, as blue as the heavens. With his gentle smile, he made most of the girls who cared about looks squeal with excitement.
Some were bold enough to pull out their phones and start taking pictures.
"Look over here!"
"Over here!"
Gojo Satoru played along, striking all kinds of handsome poses.
"Quiet down!"
Katsuragi Kohei couldn't stand it anymore. Class A had always been composed, and now it was in an uproar—all because of an acquaintance of the Sakayanagi Faction.
That's right, Kamuro Masumi was now part of the Sakayanagi Faction. After all, a bald head was harder to accept than a cute girl.
His stern voice immediately quieted the commotion. Once the girls gathered around Gojo Satoru had stepped away, Katsuragi Kohei walked over with a cold expression.
"Please don't shout in here. If you're looking for someone, just ask a nearby student to call them for you."
Since the commotion had been caused mainly by a few girls in his class who were easily overwhelmed, Katsuragi Kohei could hardly reprimand him. He could only offer a levelheaded reminder.
"Sure, sure. I'm sorry for being so handsome.
Shinsuke! Come have lunch with me!"
Ignoring Katsuragi Kohei's sharp gaze, he grinned and invited Kamuro Masumi.
Only then did Kamuro Masumi make her way over. Gojo Satoru had been completely surrounded, and there had been no way for her to squeeze through!
"Oh? Is that Kamuro-san's friend?"
Watching the two of them leave together, Sakayanagi looked thoughtful.
