It had started as nothing more than some anxiety-related mental issues, then developed into insomnia. I thought it was still manageable at that point; at worst, I could just slack off during the day and do nothing.

I really couldn't hold on anymore. I was honestly pretty unlucky, wasn't I?
I was already a bit overweight. If I kept pushing myself, I was afraid I'd end up with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular problems too.
I should take a short extended leave—half a month.
I'd get myself together, cooperate with treatment, and see if I could fix my sleep schedule within the month.
