The Third Day for Novice Lords, Four Rankings Open!

[Ding: The third day of the Novice Lord trial period had arrived. The following rankings were now open. The top ten on each ranking would receive one gift pack daily!]

[Ding: You had reached first place on the Combat Power Ranking. Would you like to hide your name?]

Still groggy, Su Ye sat up from between Lilith's two soft, ample breasts, his mind still hazy.

"Hide it!" Su Ye groggily chose to conceal his name.

After getting dressed, Su Ye left the Fallen Heaven Sanctuary and washed up at the Chaos Spring Eye before finally coming to his senses.

"It's already the third day. All four rankings are open." Su Ye opened the system panel and looked over the four newly available rankings.

The first was the Combat Power Ranking.

First place: Name: Hidden, Unit Type: Hidden, Combat Power: 100,000!

Second place: Name: Hidden, Unit Type: Hidden, Combat Power: 1,000!

Third place: ...

"What the hell?" Su Ye looked at the rankings. He was in first place with a combat power of one hundred thousand. This was calculated based on the various facilities and developments within a lord's territory.

It had only been three days. Territories did not yet possess facilities that boosted combat power, which meant this was calculated from the combined combat power of one's units.

"Good thing I hid my name." Su Ye looked at the Combat Power Ranking. Becoming famous was not a good thing, especially in Lord World.

Some lords had divination-type units under their command, and high-level lords in particular loved nothing more than invading Novice Lords and Plundering everything they had.

Though this was expressly forbidden in Lord World, plenty still did it in secret. Plundering other lords was one of the fastest ways to accumulate resources.

This was not some act of playing weak to bait the strong. People could really die.

The Chat Channel was in an uproar as well.

[Damn, the first place on the Combat Power Ranking has one hundred thousand combat power? Holy shit, who is that?]

[What kind of unit can reach one hundred thousand in three days? That has to be bullshit. Is the system bugged?]

[There's only one type that could manage it: Technology Side units. If they're lucky, reaching one hundred thousand in three days is possible, especially with high-level Technology Side Barracks.]

[That actually makes sense. High-level Technology Side Barracks really can do that.]

[Technology Side units? Forget it. The glory of Technology Side units only shines during the novice period. After that, they become ordinary. Boring. I thought it was some insane unit.]

[Yeah, my tenth-tier units don't even have one hundred combat power yet. Other than Technology Side units, I can't think of anything that could reach that level.]

[What if it's a God Level unit? Laughing/JPG]

[God Level units? Bullshit. Those things only exist in Mythical tales. What are you even thinking? God-Level Barracks don't exist at all.]

Su Ye looked at the messages in the Chat Channel and relaxed considerably. Technology Side—he was a Technology Side lord himself.

As everyone knew, the greatest feature of Technology Side Barracks was that as long as one had enough resources, they could mass-produce troops. So was it strange to have one hundred thousand combat power? Not at all.

Su Ye then checked the other rankings.

Aside from Little Merchant, who held first place on the Wealth Ranking and whom Su Ye knew, he did not recognize anyone else.

The one in first place on the Territory Ranking was someone named Great Landlord.

The top-ranked person on the Lord's Heart level ranking was someone named Apocalypse.

Su Ye's Level 3 Lord's Heart had not even made the top ten. Those on the ranking were basically at Level 5 or above.

"That's ridiculous, but with tens of billions of Novice Lords, it's normal for a few freaks to show up." Su Ye looked at the four rankings. Occupying one of them was already enough.

"Recruit." Su Ye looked expectantly at the Fallen Angel Statue before him.

Countless wisps of black-red mist surged, and figures emerged one after another from within it.

Thirty Fallen Angels appeared before Su Ye, half Original Sin Fallen Angels and half Pureblood Fallen Angels.

"We greet Lord God Emperor." The thirty Fallen Angels spoke in unison.

"Rise. Lilith, Istar, I'll leave them to you." Su Ye spoke to Lilith and Istar.

"Understood, Lord God Emperor." Lilith replied with a hint of laziness.

"Yes, Lord God Emperor." Istar, on the other hand, was serious and solemn.

This also showed just how different Lilith's and Istar's personalities were. Compared to Lilith's casual nature, Istar was more like an iron-blooded soldier.

Su Ye left the Fallen Heaven Sanctuary and arrived at the Supreme Protocol.

Thalys was already waiting for Su Ye there.

Su Ye entered the hall of the Supreme Protocol. The great ball of light was still streaming with the numbers 0 and 1, endlessly weaving together and radiating the Light of Technology.

[Ding: Would you like to spend 20 Gold Coin for daily recruitment?]

"Recruit." Su Ye looked expectantly at the great ball of light, hoping to recruit a new Hero Unit.

White light flared, and figures appeared one after another within the hall.

Twenty Gene Praetorians appeared before Su Ye.

"We greet the Emperor!!" The twenty Gene Praetorians looked at Su Ye with Fanaticism.

Su Ye nodded. "Rise. Thalys, I'll leave them to you."

"Yes." Thalys answered crisply with a single word.

Su Ye left the hall of the Supreme Protocol and stepped outside.

He opened his private messages and found nothing useful.

"Lilith, Thalys, Istar." Su Ye called out.

Lilith, Thalys, and Istar all appeared before Su Ye.

"Today's Void Trial is about to begin. It may be rather difficult," Su Ye said slowly.

"Understood, Lord." Lilith replied leisurely.

Thalys and Istar both nodded solemnly.

Lilith had now reached Black Iron Nine-Star, Thalys had reached Black Iron Seven-Star, and Istar was the last of the three Hero Units. Her level was also the lowest, only Black Iron Three-Star now.

That was only because of the wine from the Wine Pool and Meat Forest and the boosts from the Spirit Source Lake. Otherwise, Istar would only be Black Iron One-Star now.

Su Ye was not worried that anything would happen to them within the territory. With Valhalla, every unit had Resurrection Armor.

Combined with Valhalla's Halo, the Crystal Palace's buff, and the Chaos Spring Eye's damage-reduction Halo, especially within the territory, Su Ye's units would gain several more tiers of combat power.

His only concern was the pressure caused by tier suppression, which might prevent the later evaluation treasure chest from reaching SSS rank. That was the only thing Su Ye worried about.
