"How... how was this possible?"

Nagato stared blankly at the scene before him. Even now, he had not figured out what had happened.

Just moments ago, he had prepared to go all out and had kept Deva Path Pain ready to provide support at any moment, lest Uchiha Kei's terrifying speed rapidly destroy another body.

But in the very next instant, he was completely stunned!

He had not seen what happened at all—not even through the six bodies!

In an instant, Uchiha Kei, who had been strolling along leisurely, suddenly vanished.

Then, almost at the same moment, he discovered that aside from the Deva Path, he had lost contact with all the Pain bodies!

What exactly had happened?

Although Nagato was far from the true battlefield and relied entirely on the Rinnegan and the Chakra supplied by the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path, he was not inherently affected by 'Time Stop.'

And indeed, he had not been affected. In his eyes, the speed Uchiha Kei unleashed this time had completely surpassed all imagination!

This was simply not a speed a human could possess. In less than the blink of an eye, he had utterly destroyed the other four bodies. How had he done it?

Cold sweat was already running down Nagato's face. He truly felt that he could not comprehend any of this.

When he controlled Deva Path Pain and turned to look at Uchiha Kei, he found that guy staring back at him with an indifferent expression.

"Now you're the only one left." Uchiha Kei's voice softened. "This is the so-called god? You seem to have shown none of the bearing expected of a 'god.' I have to say, I'm rather disappointed."

"Disappointed." Nagato increasingly felt that this Uchiha Kei was very much like that damned Mysterious Uchiha.
