"This high-end? Then why didn't Tree Loli have it last time!?"
[You didn't notice at the time.]
Jiu Ming carefully thought back. Had that really happened? It seemed he genuinely hadn't noticed back then. Was Panel-kun bluffing him?
[You're not even as good as three-minute Ultraman, and you still have the leisure to chatter?]
Seeing Jiu Ming continue standing in midair, Panel-kun calmly produced another line of text. But why had the font changed again?
"Move my ass. If I dared take one hard step now, I might fly all the way over there..." Jiu Ming twitched his lips and raised a hand, giving the air beside him a casual wave. With a swish, an extraordinarily long ripple emerged in the air and spread into the distance. Two Gaps appeared, parallel in form yet differing in length by several thousand times—Gaps stabilized to an inconceivable degree.
Jiu Ming stared wordlessly at the great canyon that had appeared beneath him. Hey, he had only waved his hand. "The length of that Gap... is more than ten times what I estimated, isn't it? And I hadn't even exerted myself."
Muttering, Jiu Ming thrust his hand into the shorter Gap beside him. "Say, would dealing with them be this easy if their power hadn't been suppressed?"
[Do you know the extent to which they were suppressed?] "Nope!" As he spoke, Jiu Ming swung down his hand. The Gap serving as an acceleration track rapidly extended along with that motion, its end racing after the Demon King still chasing the orb of light. His punch struck the target solidly, and Jiu Ming clearly saw the Demon King several kilometers away explode into fragments that filled the sky.
Damn, this wouldn't do. Startled, Jiu Ming opened his clenched fist, then swiftly pulled at the air.
