"..." Jiu Ming's mouth twitched to one side as he nodded. "Uh, I can tell just how intense it was."

"Come on, let's go check out the place first." Jiu Ming stood up and led several Misaka Sisters toward the shopping mall. It was still the same as before, empty and rather... huh!?
Jiu Ming suddenly caught sight of two sneaky figures there. Hmm... weren't those two rivals from the Hidden Leaf Village?
Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha were currently crouched over a shelf. Naruto stared longingly at one of the Sealed Cards, while Sasuke appeared much more composed. Yet the gleam in his eyes proved that his heart was far less calm than he looked.
Naruto was fine—an upbeat, laughing optimist. Though his life had been somewhat rough, he would never start blaming heaven and earth. That sort of personality was undoubtedly admirable. If he could preserve it, then once he grew up, it might well develop into a special kind of personal charisma.
Sasuke Uchiha, on the other hand, harbored an extremely powerful hatred within him. That hatred drove him to constantly seek ways to grow stronger. Without restraint, it would be all too easy for him to stray onto the wrong path. Still... although Naruto and Sasuke usually acted like they couldn't stand each other, Jiu Ming could
