"That depends on what kind of seal it is." Kushina thought for a moment. "Some only seal Chakra, so the person can still walk and talk. Others seal the whole body, so they can't even move a finger."

"These are the most basic formula symbols in Sealing Technique." Kushina tapped one of them with the tip of her pen. "This one means 'fix.'"
Then she tapped another.
"This one means 'locate.'"
