From Third Order experts to the lowest-level Survivors, every person was trying to flee, to escape the unimaginably massive Zombie Tide.
The Safe Zone, once established nearby for the convenience of obtaining supplies, had now become a land of death.
When Tulip was first established, it was not as if no one had worried about a Zombie Tide uprising.
But many people felt that even if they could not hold the line, they would have plenty of time to retreat.
