He disappeared not long after his experimental mutation awakened, and was suspected to have a concealment-type mutant ability.
Perpetual Motion Machine: Andrei Dasky. Born in 1937. A soldier who volunteered for the experiments, with the mutant ability to continuously radiate a kinetic-energy field.
