Letting You Have Three Moves

Training Ground No. 2.

Shiraishi Yoshijo and Tsunade stood ten meters apart, facing each other.

Orochimaru stood in the center of the training ground to act as the referee.

Jiraiya and Hiruzen Sarutobi were both watching from the sidelines.

Shiraishi Yoshijo began to think about how to defeat Tsunade.

Tsunade was undoubtedly a master of taijutsu, and getting hit even once by her Strength Enhancement Fist would be incredibly painful.

It wouldn't be difficult for him to defeat her now; the only question was which method to use.

Should he go head-to-head and finish it in one blow?

Using only the strength he had already revealed would likely make that a bit difficult.

Furthermore, seeing the arrogant expression on Tsunade's face across from him made Shiraishi Yoshijo's blood boil.

He felt it was necessary to have a proper "exchange of feelings" with Tsunade.

"Begin!"

After Orochimaru shouted the start, he immediately flashed to the sidelines.

Shiraishi Yoshijo didn't move immediately; instead, he said with a grin, "Tsunade, I'll let you have the first three moves, so you can't say I bullied you later."

When Tsunade heard this, she was absolutely furious.

"What did you say, you bastard? It seems you still don't know your place."

As she spoke, Tsunade clenched her fists and charged toward him.

Shiraishi Yoshijo didn't even dodge; since he said he would give her three moves, he would give her three moves.

Tsunade's fist struck Shiraishi Yoshijo's body, and his form was instantly pierced through; hundreds of butterflies began to scatter, gathering behind Tsunade.

Shiraishi Yoshijo appeared behind Tsunade and said with a grin, "That's one move."

Without even looking, Tsunade delivered a crushing kick toward Shiraishi Yoshijo, her Strength Enhancement erupting!

The ground of the training ground shattered instantly.

Unfortunately, Shiraishi Yoshijo turned into butterflies again and flew in front of her, smiling just as before, "Two moves."

This time, seeing Shiraishi Yoshijo appear in front of her, Tsunade didn't attack immediately.

"Butterfly Clone? You don't actually think you can defeat me using only tricks like this, do you?"

Shiraishi Yoshijo blinked, "I said I'd give you three moves."

Tsunade was enraged and punched the Butterfly Clone, scattering it.

Hundreds of butterflies flew toward the center of the training ground, gradually reforming until Shiraishi Yoshijo appeared once more.

"Three moves have passed; now it's my turn."

Shiraishi Yoshijo began to weave hand seals.

"Ninjutsu, Shadow Clone Technique!"

The Shadow Clone Technique was a move he had learned after joining the Anbu, though he didn't use it often.

This was because the Shadow Clone was not as convenient as the Butterfly Clone.

Using it now, however, he had other intentions.

After the four shadow clones appeared, they immediately flashed to the four corners of the training ground and began to weave hand seals.

"Water Style, Water Clear Wave!"

Water Clear Wave was only a C-rank Ninjutsu, used to summon a large amount of water to attack an enemy.

The more Chakra used, the more water would be summoned.

Shiraishi Yoshijo had no intention of attacking Tsunade with his shadow clones using this Ninjutsu; he simply wanted them to generate a massive volume of water.

Shiraishi Yoshijo, standing in the center of the field, began to weave hand seals; he prepared to use a Barrier Ninjutsu to surround the entire training ground, creating a sealed space.

This would trap the large amount of water within the barrier, preventing it from flowing out of the arena.

Tsunade didn't understand Shiraishi Yoshijo's intent at first, only realizing what was happening when the water gradually rose above her feet.

Her Strength Enhancement Fist would certainly not be able to exert much force underwater.

After all, water is the ultimate soft element.

Thinking of this, Tsunade flashed in front of one of the shadow clones and smashed it with a punch.

The shadow clone did not dissipate into smoke as she had expected.

Several butterflies flew out from the body of the shadow clone.

Tsunade was slightly stunned, then threw another punch at it.

A few more butterflies flew up.

"Genjutsu?"

Tsunade suspected she had fallen under a genjutsu; it was common knowledge among Konoha ninja that a Shadow Clone would dissipate immediately upon taking damage.

She began forming hand seals and shouted, "Release!"

The scene before her did not change in the slightest. Refusing to believe it, Tsunade threw another punch, but once again, only a few butterflies flew up.

"It's useless. My Butterfly Clone is different from others; it contains a core. If you can find the butterfly that acts as the core, you can shatter the clone."

Shiraishi Yoshijo's voice reached Tsunade's ears.

"A core? He combined the Butterfly Clone with the Shadow Clone. What an impressive guy."

Trying to pick out the core from the hundreds of butterflies that made up the clone was an incredibly difficult task.

Moreover, the water level in the training ground was rising rapidly, reaching her calves in just a few seconds.

Tsunade released Chakra from the pressure points on her feet and stood upon the surface of the water.

She charged toward Shiraishi Yoshijo, who stood in the center of the arena.

Shiraishi Yoshijo made no move to dodge, simply standing there and letting her strike.

The moment her fist connected with his body, Shiraishi Yoshijo transformed into a puddle of water and vanished into the pool.

Tsunade began to breathe deeply, calming herself to search for the weakness in his Ninjutsu.

She assumed Shiraishi Yoshijo was trying to restrict her Taijutsu using Water Release.

But she wasn't a child who didn't know how to walk on water; even if there was an impact, it wouldn't be significant.

The water level inside the training ground continued to rise.

Tsunade frowned, a possibility crossing her mind: could that guy be trying to drown her?

Impossible. How much Chakra would it take to create this much water?

Even if he had that much Chakra, she certainly couldn't breathe underwater—did he have a way to breathe underwater himself?

The more she thought about it, the worse her expression became. Tsunade walked up to the barrier surrounding the training ground.

Her Chakra began to erupt violently.

She bent her right leg, tensed it, and unleashed her strength in an instant!

The barrier began to ripple violently, much like the water beneath her feet, but in the end, it remained unbroken by Tsunade.

Shiraishi Yoshijo appeared behind her. "This barrier isn't so easily broken. Even if Hiruzen Sarutobi, Orochimaru, and Jiraiya joined forces from the outside, they wouldn't be able to break it unless they found the correct method."

Tsunade turned back to look at him and said, "What is your goal in going to such lengths to create an environment suited for Water Release?"

"Besides, compared to Water Release, you are more proficient in Lightning Release, aren't you?"

Shiraishi Yoshijo reached out and beckoned to her with his finger in provocation. "You know I'm good at Lightning Release, so why don't you guess why I'm using Water Release?"

"To use the water to conduct electricity, or do you really want to drown me? Do you have a way to breathe underwater?"

Shiraishi Yoshijo shook his head. "Wrong guess. Don't worry, I will absolutely not use Lightning Release. The reason I'm using Water Release is that I want to have a proper exchange with you regarding the resentment I've held all these years."

Tsunade raised an eyebrow. "You intend to defeat me with Water Release?"

"Is that not possible?"

"You really are arrogant!"

"I'm nowhere near as arrogant as you."

The three spectators outside could not hear the conversation between Shiraishi Yoshijo and Tsunade, but they could see that Tsunade was being thoroughly suppressed by Shiraishi Yoshijo.

Hiruzen Sarutobi sighed. "That girl Tsunade is destined to lose. Why did you two follow along with her nonsense?"

Orochimaru said, "The outcome isn't certain yet. Tsunade isn't an opponent who can be defeated so easily."

Jiraiya added, "That's right. Although Tsunade only uses Taijutsu, her combat intelligence is the highest among us."

Hiruzen Sarutobi glanced at his two disciples and shook his head helplessly.

Shiraishi Yoshijo was no less capable than Tsunade, and now that he held the geographical advantage, the gap was even more apparent.

Hiruzen Sarutobi could already foresee the rest of the battle: Tsunade, left with no way to fight back.
