Deepwood Motte was barely lit by dawn when the disciplined Garon got up as usual and began his daily training.

After the selection the day before, everyone on Deepwood Motte's training grounds was fired up.

They all worked hard to improve themselves, preparing for the war that was coming.

All of Deepwood Motte was like a giant powder keg yet to be lit, filled with a dangerous tension.

When Garon finished his morning exercises and saw everyone's high spirits, he was deeply satisfied.

He made a circuit of the training grounds, then went to the archery range, where Mihawk was training the archers with the new bows, and watched quietly for a while.

Just then, Jon happened to pass by with his ten-man cavalry unit.

An idea struck Garon. He thought of the itinerary they had just settled on that morning and beckoned the two men over.

"Jon, Mihawk!"

"Lord Garon, what did you need us for?"

Mihawk looked respectfully at Garon, while Jon asked impatiently, "Yeah, Garon, what is it? We're in the middle of training."

Garon chuckled and explained, "Training can wait. I need you to accompany me somewhere."

He paused briefly, then continued, "Go back and have your men get ready. After we eat, we'll set out for Sea Dragon Point!"

"Sea Dragon Point?"

Mihawk looked puzzled, but Jon understood. Recalling the terrain at Sea Dragon Point, he asked, "Are you worried that the Ironborn will land at Sea Dragon Point and launch a surprise attack on Deepwood Motte?"

Garon nodded, confirming Jon's guess.
