Chapter 268: We Three Are Pretty Amazing!
Early the next morning, when Harley got up, she found that most of the wizards in the camp had already left.
It was obvious that the large-scale riot the night before had left everyone shaken.
And staying away from danger was only human instinct. Everyone had seen the state of security provided by the British Ministry of Magic.
Why not get out of there as fast as possible? Were they supposed to stay and wait for the next attack?
Harley, however, didn't mind. After freshening up, she put some water on to boil.
At the same time, Harley gave her wand a gentle wave.
A mass of Spider Silk dropped from the ceiling, deftly manipulating pots and pans as it added various ingredients and fried slices of bread and eggs.
The tent was quiet. Everyone else was still asleep; only Harley had gotten up early.
After Mr. Weasley returned the night before, the Weasley family had decided to stay in Sirius's tent, given the unusual circumstances, in case anything else happened.
There weren't enough rooms, though, so under Sirius's arrangements, Ginny shared a room with Harley and Hermione.
The little girl was very considerate and had originally planned to sleep on the floor or on the sofa.
But Hermione, a kindhearted senior from Gryffindor, couldn't bear to let her junior suffer.
So she had "reluctantly" chosen to squeeze in with Harley, sharing her pillow and blanket with her and leaving her own for Ginny.
Ginny was deeply touched. She hadn't expected her two seniors to be so nice to her!
In a sense, though, this had made things rather hard for Harley.
