"Bansy? Bansy!"
Harley was instantly startled and subconsciously took a step back.
The dagger in her left hand was immediately covered in black flames, while the Smoke Spell in her right-hand wand was ready to be unleashed.
Harley was no stranger to the name Bansy.
After all, while wandering the Five Seas, she had once heard a Wind-blessed pirate captain of Sequence 6 on the Storm Pathway mention that a port called Bansy had been inexplicably destroyed.
That pirate admiral had also mentioned that the people who destroyed the port were from the Church of Storms, because the residents of Bansy worshipped an unknown evil god—the "God of Weather."
A port that had prompted the Church of Storms to destroy it personally was bound to be extraordinary, regardless of why it had been destroyed.
If there had been no evil god worshippers there, then the port must have concealed an extraordinary secret;
even if it truly had been destroyed because of an evil god, that only proved the port was unusual. Otherwise, why would those hot-tempered brothers from the Church of Storms have deemed it worth completely wiping out?
And now, in this mysterious dream, a tavern sharing the name Bansy had appeared. No matter how she thought about it, that was anything but ordinary.
However, Harley vaguely recalled that she had once read the myths of various countries to determine whether True Deities existed in this world. Both Warlock and Muggle mythology had been within the scope of her reading, including Britain's native Kettle mythology.
And in Kettle mythology, there seemed to be a Banshee who symbolized Catastrophe and misfortune, heralding the arrival of war and death.
That Banshee was also called Bansy.
At that thought, Harley calmed down slightly and began to suspect it was merely a coincidence.
