Honestly, after being put through an entire year of trials last year, it was hardly Harley's first time being ambushed by Fleur while she was with Hermione. She really should not have been nervous.
But tonight was different. Harley had just personally helped Hermione change, inside and out, into a new gown for the party—and then Hermione had sealed her lips with her own.
So although the witch was battle-hardened, her heartbeat still accelerated abnormally in that instant before she forcibly calmed herself down.
"Long time no see." Harley naturally gave Fleur a hug, a flawless smile on her face.
Fleur wore a pale violet gown that evening, which suited her beautiful silver hair especially well.
"We've been apart for so long, and you only wrote me five letters."
Fleur deliberately puffed out her cheeks and immediately began vigorously kneading Harley's face, sounding adorably furious.
Hermione instinctively grabbed Harley's arm and held it against her chest, shooting Fleur an utterly unceremonious glare.
After all, some things had to be settled in order! This was called asserting sovereignty!
Harley sighed helplessly. Tonight, she had only left this one body double at Hogwarts. She had no idea what she was supposed to do when it was time to dance.
Fortunately, Harley's experience in dealing with love triangles was still incomparably abundant. Even in a hopeless situation, she managed to find a way out.
After chatting with her close friends for a few moments, Harley deliberately moved over to the group of Potion Masters and began discussing innovations in potions.
Professor Slughorn had initially waved drunkenly, believing that the night before Christmas ought to be spent indulging oneself rather than discussing academic matters.
But upon hearing Harley's first suggestion, he promptly excused himself for two minutes.
When he returned, Professor Slughorn joined the
