"Master, how come there hadn't been a single word from you these past two years?" Pakura asked in a coquettish voice as she lay in Sarutobi Toru's arms in the hot spring, her face flushed crimson.
As Sarutobi Toru gently caressed her, he said, "That's difficult to explain. Do you know what a Parallel World is?"
Seeing Pakura's bewildered expression, Sarutobi Toru sighed. Aside from a handful of research-oriented shinobi, most shinobi in the Shinobi World had a rather limited grasp of technology. Even fewer understood concepts as imaginative as Parallel Worlds.

"Something really did happen." Pakura panted as she nestled deeper into his arms. "Master... can we talk about it later?"
Looking at Pakura's hazy eyes and the rosy flush spread across her body beneath the steam of the hot spring, Sarutobi Toru smiled. "Of course."
