After being absorbed and amplified by the God Tree, that Chakra could produce a Chakra Fruit not necessarily inferior to one created by a God Tree formed from all nine Tailed Beasts.
If the nine Tailed Beasts were added on top of that, then the resulting Chakra Fruit would likely be no weaker than Otsutsuki Kaguya's Chakra Fruit.
