"By the way, Lord Fourth Mizukage, were these Artificial Human Ninjas really developed by us?" Among the many higher-ups, a bespectacled Mist Ninja frowned and asked the Fourth Mizukage.
This Kirigakure higher-up happened to be responsible for conducting various experiments and developing ninjutsu within the village.
