With a casual gesture, given his current bloodline, his control over the Tenseigan was probably far stronger than even Otsutsuki Toneri's. The Tenseigan was immediately drawn toward him, then effortlessly placed into his Pocket Dimension.

The only village capable of competing with Konoha Village was Amegakure, yet it was practically in lockstep with Konoha, leaving the other ninja villages with almost no ability to resist.
Sarutobi Toru had previously spent most of his time in his own Hokage World. The Parallel World had originally been more than ten years ahead of the Hokage World, but because of Sarutobi
