When Goodwin saw that Bruce Bowen was guarding him, his face filled with question marks.
"Shouldn't you be guarding my captain, Paul Pierce?" Goodwin asked outright.
"That's Coach Popovich's arrangement, rookie. I'll make sure you have a warm welcome tonight." Bruce Bowen flashed a chilling smile.

Just thinking about this guy's "track record"—he'd practically crippled half-man, half-god Vince Carter.
Back in the 2000 season, Vince Carter had been undercut by Bruce Bowen, who was playing for the Heat at the time. Carter sprained his ankle and sat out for a long time, nearly missing the rest of the season.
Then, on February 18 of this season, Vince Carter ran into Bruce Bowen again. As Bowen turned his head to look at the basket, he somehow extended his "magical" right foot without anyone noticing, right where Carter was about to land. Carter injured his ankle again and even had to walk on crutches for a while.
Damn, I'm kind of scared.
What if this guy plays dirty and cripples me with one kick? I won't even have anywhere to cry about it.
Goodwin couldn't help regretting that he hadn't maxed out his injury immunity. Right now, it was still only at 39.
Goodwin quietly put some distance between himself and Bruce Bowen, his mind racing.
A moment later, Goodwin had an idea.
He went over to Paul Pierce, who was nearby, and tattled. "Senior Paul, the Spurs are clearly looking down on you. You've got to teach them a lesson."
Paul Pierce looked at Goodwin, puzzled.

Goodwin continued, "Senior Paul, the Spurs actually sent Bruce Bowen to guard me. Doesn't that mean they're looking down on you? Everyone knows you're the main offensive threat on the perimeter for the
