Goodwin had even considered going to watch it in person, but his youngest daughter, Danielle, had fallen ill. So instead of attending, Goodwin stayed home to care for Danielle while watching the game.

The game did not disappoint the fans. Both sides traded blows and refused to give an inch. Throughout the entire game, neither team ever led by more than three points. Every minute and every second was filled with tension.

"Go, Chicago Bulls!" "Go, Chicago Bulls!" "Go, Chicago Bulls!" ... The fans at the United Center frantically cheered for their home team.

As the seconds ticked away, the game entered its final minute. Carmelo Anthony hit a turnaround jumper, giving the New York Knicks a three-point lead.

But the Chicago Bulls responded with great toughness. Rose used a screen to drive inside, drawing the New York Knicks defenders toward him. Then, with a flick of his wrist, Rose sent the ball out to the perimeter, where Kyle Korver waited.
