Tony Allen shook his head, indicating that he did not know either, but he warned in a serious tone, "Remember one thing: whatever you do, don't provoke the boss today. Otherwise, deal with the consequences yourself."
As soon as Tony Allen finished speaking, Goodwin's icy voice came from nearby. "Tony, come practice with me."
Upon hearing that, Tony Allen's body involuntarily trembled, and a terrified expression appeared on his face.
Still, he braced himself and shakily walked toward Goodwin.
What followed was too painful to watch. Goodwin showed Tony Allen no mercy as he subjected him to a brutal "slaughter."
The other players watching from the side all turned pale at the sight.
Then, Goodwin switched to another opponent and continued treating him with the same brutality.
The entire training facility was filled with tension, and everyone felt the pressure coming from Goodwin.
Finally, after Goodwin had tortured every player once, Coach Jack stepped forward to speak, trying to calm things down.
Seeing this, Goodwin restrained himself somewhat, but he still swept his severe gaze across the crowd and said, "From now on, everyone must complete at least ten sets of training before resting. If anyone fails to meet the standard, don't even think about sleeping tonight. Understand?"
"Understood!" all the players answered in unison.
Though they were filled with fear, no one dared disobey Goodwin's orders.
Thus, the entire Boston Celtics roster began training like mad. Everyone gave it their all and did not dare slack off in the slightest.
Watching from the side, Assistant Coach Wall felt somewhat worried and could not help
