Bradley had only heard rumors that Ninisha, a Seven-Star Fiend from the Star Fog Sea, had come here to participate in the hundred-win challenge, seemingly intending to challenge him. Thus, he had come to observe in secret.

Generally, a Seven-Star Fiend gains the qualification to challenge a Prefect the moment they achieve the rank of Seven-Star Fiend, but this qualification is restricted by time and location.

For instance, a Seven-Star Fiend from Hell cannot directly challenge a Lord if they go to the Jiuyou Domain in the Netherworld; they must first complete the hundred-win challenge before they can face the Lord.

As a Seven-Star Fiend from the Star Fog Sea, Ninisha needed to complete a new hundred-win challenge on the Battle Arena to challenge the Prefect of Snowlake Prefecture on the Zijing Continent.
