Su's Father smiled. "The grandkids really are smart~"
After saying that, Su's Father looked at Tuantuan and Lele and asked, "Kids, we're Su Chen's parents, your grandpa and grandma. What are your names?"
Tuantuan's eyes widened in surprise. She hadn't expected the two elderly people in front of her to really be their grandparents. She immediately said sweetly, "Su Chen is my daddy~ My name is Tuantuan, and this is my big brother, Lele~"
Lele apparently hadn't expected these two grandparents to be real either. His little expression was adorably blank.
With both hands behind his back, he became somewhat reserved. "Hello, Grandpa and Grandma~"
The little guy solemnly repeated himself.
Su's Father nodded happily. "Hello, Lele~"
Tuantuan had already enthusiastically climbed onto Su's Mother's shoulder, hugging her affectionately as she said, "Grandma~ Why did you and Grandpa come here? Did you come to see me and Big Brother~"
The little girl was clever and good at acting cute, completely winning over the old lady. Su's Mother was so amused that she couldn't stop smiling.
Yan Bingxue came back in after finishing her phone call and saw this scene.
She slightly furrowed her delicate brows and said softly, "Tuantuan, you can't hug Grandma and act cute like that. You might knock Grandma over."
Upon hearing that, Tuantuan immediately stopped swaying, though her little arms remained around Su's Mother's neck.
Su's Mother turned back and said, "Bing Xue, don't worry. I'm in great shape~ I can still pick Tuantuan up~"
After saying that, Su's Mother picked up the little girl. Tuantuan laughed happily in her arms.
"Lele, come on. Let Grandpa hold your hand, and we'll go play on the sofa over there, okay?" Holding her eldest granddaughter, Su's Mother was still thinking about her eldest grandson.
Su's Father immediately held out his hand toward Lele.
Lele seemed to freeze for a moment before reaching out his little hand.
Although he felt a little awkward around Su Chen, he was very well-behaved with Su's Father.
Mommy had said that he should respect the elderly and care for the young~
Seeing how her son and daughter behaved, Yan Bingxue couldn't help smiling.
With the two little ones around, the atmosphere at home instantly became lively and cheerful.
Su Chen came back carrying a large bag of groceries and immediately noticed two extra pairs of shoes by the door.

Why were Dad and Mom here?

It seemed the two elders had learned that he was married and had children, and they couldn't resist coming over directly.
Yan Bingxue was working on her laptop at the dining table when she spotted Su Chen.
She immediately called out, "Su Chen, you're back?"
Su Chen smiled and nodded, pointing toward the living room.
Yan Bingxue blinked with a blush, indicating that it was exactly what he thought.
The two stood together and walked into the living room.
Su's Father and Su's Mother were playing with Tuantuan and Lele, building a little house out of blocks. They had already made the rough shape of a small house.
The two elders and two children were all sitting on the carpet, making for a particularly warm scene.
When Su's Father saw Su Chen, he immediately stood up and said with a smile, "Son, you're back."
Su Chen had a smile on his face, along with surprise and a hint of helplessness.
"Dad, Mom, why didn't you tell me in advance that you were coming? I could at least have picked you up~"
Su's Father pointed at Su's Mother and said, "You told us something so huge last night. How could your mother possibly hold herself back?"
Su's Mother looked up and said, "Old Su, don't just talk about me. Weren't you eager to come see your daughter-in-law and grandchildren too~"
Seeing the smiles on the old couple's faces, Su Chen felt a slight warmth in his heart.
Tuantuan was having a great time playing. When she saw her daddy come back, she didn't rush over, merely lifting her head and calling out cutely, "Daddy~"
"Grandpa and Grandma brought us so many gifts. There's lots of yummy food, and toys too~"
"Big Brother and I really like them~"
Lele, who had been drawn into the conversation as well, immediately put down the toy in his hand when he saw Su Chen. He sat there properly, looking like he wanted to hide but had nowhere to hide. He was truly adorable.
Su Chen smiled. "Then you two play with Grandpa and Grandma. Daddy will go put away the groceries first~"
"I'll go with you~" Yan Bingxue said.
Su Chen nodded, and the two entered the kitchen together.
Once the door was closed, Su Chen immediately asked, "When did Dad and Mom get here?"
"Not long after you went downstairs," Yan Bingxue replied.
"Are you... a little nervous?" Su Chen asked as he looked at the blush on her face.
Yan Bingxue's face turned even redder. She licked her pink lips and said, "I just didn't expect the meeting to happen so suddenly."
As Su Chen put things into the refrigerator, he said, "I didn't expect them to come over directly either. My mom called last night after seeing my social media post and asked about the two kids, so I told her the truth. I just didn't expect them to rush over here today."
"Don't be nervous. My parents are very kind. They'll definitely like you, Tuantuan, and Lele."
Yan Bingxue nodded. "Mm, they're both very nice."
Outside, Su's Mother craned her neck to look toward the kitchen and said to Su's Father, "Old Su, I'll go cook in a while. Find a chance to have a good talk with our son. That brat kept something this huge bottled up until now!"
Su's Father nodded. "Mm, I know. Hurry to the kitchen and help out. Chenchen can't cook either, so don't let our daughter-in-law work alone."
Su's Mother reluctantly got up and rubbed her well-behaved grandson and granddaughter's little heads. "Tuantuan, Lele, Grandma will play with you later. Grandma is going to cook for you first~"
After saying that, she got up and went to the kitchen. At the door, she gently knocked.
"Chenchen, bring Bing Xue out to play with the children. I'll cook~ I brought you lots of homemade cured meats. You young people don't know how to prepare them~"
Su Chen opened the door and looked at his mother. "Mom, I can cook."
"Your son's cooking is delicious now!"
Su's Mother pushed him out in one motion and said irritably, "What are you cooking for? You don't know how. Let Mom do it~ Mom will make something delicious and let Bing Xue and the children taste my cooking."
Su Chen was pushed outside and smiled helplessly. "All right, then let Mom show off her skills today~"
After saying that, he winked at Yan Bingxue. "My mom's cooking is really delicious too~"
Yan Bingxue smiled faintly, only to be gently pushed out by Su's Mother as well.
When Su Chen returned to the living room, Tuantuan immediately waved at him. "Daddy~ Come quickly and build a little house with Tuantuan~"
Just as Su Chen walked over, the system's voice suddenly rang out in his mind.
