She thoughtfully took the blanket beside her and covered Yan Bingxue with it.
Su Chen continued playing on his phone while Yan Bingxue slept quietly in his arms.
After a while, Su Chen looked down and saw that Yan Bingxue was sound asleep. He gently carried her back to the bedroom in his arms, laid her on the bed, carefully tucked her in, and left the room.
"Tuantuan, Lele, you've been playing for quite a while. Time for your afternoon nap," Su Chen said to the two little ones.
"Dad, but we haven't finished this puzzle yet!" Lele said, looking at the scattered puzzle pieces on the floor.
"Let's put these away first. We can finish it next time," Su Chen said.
"Okay," Lele replied.
"But what should we use to hold them?" Tuantuan asked. She had already torn the original bag.
"I'll find a cardboard box and put the unfinished pieces in it. We'll put the finished part in the study so no one touches it," Su Chen said.
"Thank you, Dad," Lele said happily. That solved the puzzle problem.
Su Chen then found an empty cardboard box for the pieces.
Tuantuan and Lele gathered all the pieces into the box and took the completed portion to the study.
"Alright. Time for your nap," Su Chen said.
"Sleepy time," Tuantuan said happily.
After entering the room, Su Chen put a finger to his lips and gestured for the two little ones to stay quiet.
When the two little ones saw that their mother was already asleep, they carefully followed Su Chen into the room.
Holding their hands, Su Chen softly said, "Let's go wash our hands."
The three of them went into the bathroom. After Su Chen washed Tuantuan and Lele's hands and changed them into pajamas, they returned
